Strategic generalizations inspired by WEF-2024

Geopolitics, as a doctrine of living space, is a product of Western thought. The geopolitics of the sea was substantiated by the Anglo-Americans. The geopolitics of land is the domain of the "gloomy German genius."

Sky Politics, as political theology and a doctrine of time, was born in Russia on the crest of "tectonic processes of global transformation" at the very beginning of the 21st century.

The geopolitics of the 19th century reflected the development trends of an industrial society of expanded reproduction of capital.

The Sky Politics of the 21st century describes the factors of influence of the power of spirit of the 12 types of consciousness in the new era of the information society.

Geopolitics and Sky Politics are two sides: the even and the odd of the visible (physical) and invisible (spiritual) picture of the world in the mind's strivings to interpret the Universal Law of the Universe.

The applied significance of geopolitics, as a current of thought on the subject of controlling the space of the earth, is personified by the Greenwich meridian (0º), common to all countries, which the English drew through London in 1884.

The applied significance of Sky Politics, as a system of views on the subject of seizing the future in time, is personified by the International Date Line, where the new day begins in Chukotka in Russia.

According to the Law of the Universe the essential characteristic of Russia is Light from the East. Whereas the geopolitics of the Anglo-Saxons classified Russia not as the East, but as the Northwest of the European picture of the world. The notion that Russia is supposedly the North is the greatest deception imposed on Russia's conceptual authority by those behind the scenes.

The spiritual Light from the East was the pre-schism Orthodoxy of the Horde (Chinese: Eastern Right Teaching). Synodal Orthodoxy, however, adopted the pro-Western doctrine of "Moscow – the Third Rome."

The result of this delusion today is the priority given by the Kremlin to building North–South international ties.

Here too belongs the "Solomon Plan," which assigns Russia the role of the biblical Gog from the confines of the North – the losing side in the Battle of the End (a Third World War of a new hybrid type, closing the old world order on the eve of the transition in the middle of the current century to the "life of the age to come").

Whereas the processes of global transformation, on cosmic grounds of the influx of energies of the constellation Aquarius, are shifting the center of civilization of the new era from the North – the North Atlantic (the stronghold of the collective West) – to the East, into the Pacific zone.

This process is connected with the completion of the 5th technological order of the American cycle of capital accumulation and the transition of the world economy into the Asian cycle of capital accumulation of the new era of the 6th order, the core of which is China.

The idea of not letting Russia out of the confines of the north (40º N), pinning it against the Arctic Ocean, belongs to the American geopolitician of the late 19th century, Admiral Mahan.

As a means of containing Russia within the 40th parallel in the Pacific zone, Mahan identified the necessity of whipping up the "yellow peril": confrontation between Russia and Japan and China.

In our time, the idea of the "Great North," where Russia, the USA and Europe form a common sociocultural space opposing China and the world of Islam, was substantiated in 2023 by the creator of Kremlin meanings, V. Surkov.

Surkov's presentiment of the North manifested itself in the intensified use of the term "global South." For there is no south without a north.

Thus the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East, established in 2012, received the addition "and the Arctic" in 2019, which turned the vector of its responsibility from the East to the North.

The Asian cycle of capital accumulation that began with the global credit and financial crisis of USD 2008, at the vanguard of high digital technologies of the new era of the information society, placed at the forefront not the leaders of the North united by analytical English – the North American United States and the countries of the North Atlantic Alliance (NATO) – but the hieroglyphic countries of the Far East: China on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, Japan and Korea.

What is Russia's role in the "alliance of the north" (Surkov's triune northern geopolitical cluster of common roots) – God only knows?..

Russia's role in the "Sphere of the common good economy of Northeast Asia" (东北亚经济共享圈) proposed by Xi Jinping at the IV WEF in 2018 concerned the new era of the information society.

This was a proposal to combine the ability to invent the new and unprecedented of the paradoxical type of thinking as a property of the Russian language with the "design bureau" of the masters of technological regulations of Japan and Korea at the Chinese "factory of the 21st century."

This proposal of China was not heard by the authorities of the "Long State of Putin" (Surkov's term). Russia's sincere turn to the East to seize the future together with China has not yet taken place.

It is noteworthy that after the Chinese proposal of 2018, the Russian Ministry for the Development of the Far East received an important clarification in its name: "and the Arctic."

As for the IX EEF-2024, it was "eastern" only in name. In reality, it was a North–South conversation, for Japan and Korea were not at the forum, China in its self-designation is the "Middle Kingdom – the navel of the Earth," while Malaysia, other countries of the South Seas, India, South Africa, and Brazil are the "Global South."

If Russia nevertheless becomes aware of the current misconceptions of political geography and decides to enter the Asian cycle of capital accumulation of the new era among the victors of the Great Game, then it will have to normalize relations with a technologically advanced Japan.

History – the science of all sciences – suggests that the normalization of Soviet-Chinese relations was a result of the Cold War, when Gorbachev in May 1989 in Beijing agreed to remove three obstacles. Including the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Mongolia and the demarcation of the border along the Amur River with the transfer to the PRC of islands opposite Khabarovsk with a total area of 380 sq. km.

It can be confidently assumed that the normalization of Russian-Japanese relations in the spirit of the 1956 Agreement (with the transfer to Japan of Shikotan Island and the Habomai rock chain, with a total area of 330 sq. km.) will become possible as a result of the Third World War of a new hybrid type.

The Sky Politics theorists back in the "Short Course" of 2005 clearly stated that changes in the course and line of Russia's policy would occur not by the good will of a wise leadership, but under the pressure of circumstances of insurmountable force. And therefore our role as reasonable people from among the people consists only in enlightening those who seek the truth.
