"On the return to one's own circles" along the Horde wave of 726 years

Anticipation of the future from Sky Politics.

Against the backdrop of the demographic pit of the shrinking numbers of the Russian and other indigenous peoples of Russia. Including the prospect of the undermining of the gene pool of young men over 4 years of the victorious SMO with the white lads – Ukrainian nationalists.

The Kremlin, supposedly, has already agreed on bringing a million Indians into the Russian Federation (they speak the dear state language of India – English).

In London, meanwhile, the white English have already been crushed by the newcomers from the Commonwealth countries.

The Chinese would send a labor army to the Russian Federation, but they are feared (the yellow peril).

The alternative of the near (2026 – 2028) future of the Russian Federation:

  • either national-Bolshevism = the "brown plague" (black + red), — the conceptual line of I. Ilyin – A. Dugin.
  • or Eurasianism = purple dignity (blue + red), — the conceptual line of N. Trubetskoy – A. Devyatov.

In reality, for the next three years of change, the prospect of national-Bolshevism (a new "Stalinism") is emerging.

That is, the Union of the Russian People ("beat the Yids — save Russia") with the "red zone" of the administrative-command system. 

But this again will not last long, since the technological lag of the 6th mode in the Russian Federation cannot be cured with a stick. 

What was possible in an industrial society (the GULAG archipelago) — and the lag was caught up in 10 years. That is useless in the new era of the information society. Now creative clever people are needed.

Sky Politics sees the prospect of the transfiguration of Rus' in Eurasianism – the civilizational project "Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde".

And this is freedom of enterprise with Russian ingenuity, plus classical (Jewish) Marxism-Leninism.

Better Jews with us than world Jewry against us.

Possible scenarios based on the logic given above:

Scenario 1: National-Bolshevism (2026–2030)

The authorities, having lost hope in the West, throw off all liberal facades.

Inside the country — a flourishing of the "Russian world", a hunt for "traitors", the glorification of Stalin.

The economy — mobilization-based, technologically degrading.

Outcome: by 2030 — a "fortress under siege", with growing poverty, a brain drain and an internal revolt of the elites.

Duration: 3–5 years. Then — collapse or a forced turn.

Scenario 2: Eurasianism through China (2026–2035)

Russia formally joins the "Community of Shared Future" under the aegis of the PRC.

It gains access to technologies, investment, markets — but loses part of its sovereignty.

Inside — a hybrid model:
 → Red — social guarantees, patriotic education,
 → Blue — support for STEM education, digitalization, entrepreneurship.

Outcome: Russia becomes a second player in the Eurasian project, but preserves its cultural identity.

A chance for a worthy future — if the elite stops dreaming of a "Slavic empire" and starts thinking like engineers and diplomats.

Scenario 3: Quiet transformation through a "dispersed kingdom" (2026–2040)

The official authorities swing between scenarios 1 and 2, but are incapable of anything grandiose.

The real Russia is being built outside its field of vision:
 → In the regions — local development clusters,
 → In science — secret laboratories,
 → In culture — a new language of honor and dignity.

Outcome: by 2040 — not a "great power", but a stable civilization capable of living in the world without losing itself.

Feeling out the future along the Horde wave of 726 years.

Exploring the historical analogies between the Unified State of Genghis Khan (the First Horde) and Stalin's Socialist Camp (the Second Horde), taking into account the uniqueness of the civilizations of Europe and China and relying on the unfolding of the Chinese cyclical calendar onto the line of Gregorian dates, Sky Politics theorists discovered a wave of 726 years, with the repetition of the historical meanings of events in Greater Eurasia with year-for-year precision (see Devyatov A., “Anti-Kipling”).

To understand the historical meanings of the processes of our time and to anticipate their development, we are primarily interested in such figures as the Great Khan – Emperor of China of the Yuan dynasty – Temür and the ruler of the Russian principalities, Khan of the Golden Horde – Tokhta (hereinafter in the text, the correspondence of dates: + 726 years, is given through a slash).

Temür – Chengzong, 元成宗 = Xi Jinping: 1295 \2021 – 1307 \ 2033Grandson of the 1st Yuan emperor Kublai, he favored Confucianism.

Xi Jinping received the status of acting emperor at the VI Plenum of the 19th CPC Central Committee in November 2021, which adopted a decision to extend his powers as leader for a third five-year term: 2022-2027. On Temür's wave, one should expect that Xi Jinping will remain leader of the party and state for a fourth term as well, until 2033.

Tokhta Khan – great-grandson of Batu = V. Putin: 1291\2017 – c. 1312\2038.

Putin entered Tokhta's wave with the beginning of his fourth presidential term and remains president for a fifth and sixth term – until 2037.

In 1304\2030, the Khan of the Golden Horde (the Jochi ulus) Tokhta, along with the khans of all the other uluses, recognized the formal supremacy of the Yuan emperor Temür. For a short period, the Unified State of Genghis Khan was restored in the form of a confederation.

By the beginning of the 14th century, the formal unity of the uluses had been restored in the form of a confederation

Khans: Temür (Yuan), Chapar (Ulus of Ögedei), Tokhta (Golden Horde), Öljaitü (Ulus of Hulagu).

The “Second Empire” existed from 1304\2030 until the 1310s\c. 2037. Thus, it can be assumed that the Community of Shared Future of the countries and peoples of the Economic Belt of the New Silk Road – which is also the family of peoples of Greater Eurasia – declared by Xi Jinping will be created in 2030 and by 2037 through the efforts of “those behind the scenes” will merge into the New World Order (NOVUS ORDO SECLORUM).  

The historical parallel of events with a step of 726 years for Rus’ is personified by: 

  • in the Golden Horde, Khan Tokhta and his opponent Nogai, and
  • in the New Russia – President Putin and the coalition of liberal Westernizers, oligarchs and the “Yeltsin family.”

Nogai, unable to become a legitimate khan himself, he placed his bet on the natural Chinggisid Tokhta, received an oath of allegiance from him, and elevated him to the khan's throne. With a fully obedient khan, Nogai brought Crimea and trade with Europe under his control and became the de facto ruler of the Golden Horde.

It so happened that Tokhta Khan, whom Nogai himself had brought to power, by the logic of events came out against him. The peak of the confrontation fell on 1294\2020.

As a result of the essentially civil war that flared up, Tokhta in 1299\2025, on a campaign against Nogai's domains, devastated Kiev and the entire Middle Dniester region, defeated Nogai, and from 1300\2026 became the sole ruler of the Golden Horde.

The victory over Nogai made it possible to continue the Great Silk Road through the Northern Black Sea region. The so-called "Tatar Road".

Turning to peaceful construction, Tokhta pursued a line of rigid centralized power. Under him, a monetary reform was carried out and the administrative system was streamlined. 

From 1303\2029, Tokhta, having transferred power to his relatives, switched to foreign policy activity.

In the last years of his reign, Tokhta was able to consolidate the elite under his leadership. Stability of power emerged. "His entire ulus became rich and content."

Putin was elevated to the post of president of the Russian Federation by a collective Nogai: the liberal-Westernizers.

From 2017 to 2026, in the Russian Federation there was a struggle between the liberal and the statist lines of Russian power. The freewheeling ways of the governors were rolled back.

The confrontation between the European (democratic) and the statist (Horde) groupings of the Kremlin reached its peak in 2020. With the adoption of the amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Putin's line won.

In 2022, the statist campaign of the Russian Armed Forces of a new configuration to the West began as a repetition of the civil war between Tokhta and Nogai. In the Special Military Operation launched by Putin in the Ukrainian theater of operations, the Easterners-traditionalists (patriots) are winning.

Along the Tokhta line, one can expect that from 2026 to 2028 in the fate of Putin's Long State there will be a transitional period, when real power will pass to the heirs, and Putin, remaining a figure of foreign policy, will "reign but not rule."

A conclusion from Sky Politics:

Under the onslaught of circumstances of insurmountable force of global transformation, already by 2030 in Rus' one should expect the realization of the civilizational project Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde.

And in a situation where both on the side of the liberal-Westernizers and on the side of the statists-traditionalists there are many dissatisfied with the policy of the center: the liberals are dissatisfied that Russia is supposedly sliding into authoritarianism, while the traditionalists, on the contrary, are dissatisfied that the country's president is "too liberal" and that Russia is "bending" too much under the West.

It is not excluded that in the transitional period of the transformation of Putin's Long State a political force will take shape that would embody neither the European nor the Asian, but its own independent path of development for Rus'.

Judging by all appearances, such a party (in the broad sense of the word) is today being formed within the framework of the "Circle of Catherine III," filling up with structures and politicians aimed at the so-called "civilizational" and sovereign development of Russia and the Russian World.
