THE PATH OF VICTORY INTO THE NEW EPOCH

On the transfiguration of Rus’ into the Kingdom of Truth

The characteristic of the new cosmic epoch of the energies of the constellation Aquarius comes down to a global transformation of the visible and invisible world in the aspects of the transition of humanity's existence from the way of life of an industrial society to a new world order of the life of the information society of the coming century.

The capture of leading positions in the breakthrough technologies of the new epoch of the information society – for that world project of constructing the future which achieves this first, it will ensure global dominance for a period of no less than two generations – that is 40-50 years of the wave of change in the economic order.

Since 2013, the year of the final departure of the energies of the old world order of the cosmic epoch of the constellation Pisces, two world projects have been leading in the race to capture the future: the PRC's Community of Shared Future for Mankind and American transhumanism (Humanity 2.0).

What is meant is the reaching by 2045 of the threshold of NBIC convergence of the 6th technological order of the economy. These are: Nanotechnologies (N), biotechnologies and genetic engineering (B), informatization in digital form (IT), cognitive technologies of artificial intelligence (C).

Russia, having in 2021 proclaimed a course toward building a Great Conservative Power, is not participating in the race of the leaders of progress.

Having chosen the New Testament position from the Apostle Paul – the tribe of Benjamin – of "the one who now restrains" (2 Thess. 2:6–7) and having adopted for the war of meanings of the new epoch the outdated doctrine of Moscow – the Third Rome (planted on Ivan III by the Judaizers – Metropolitan Zosima), the New Russia placed emphasis on the modernization of the rocket-nuclear shield (and these are the industrial technologies of the still 5th order of the second half of the 20th century) and has fallen far behind the leaders of "tomorrow."

However, lagging behind in technological progress does not exclude Rus’ from the process of global transformation (changes in the cycles of Being).

Therefore the bold phenomenon of Russian thought bearing the name Sky Politics, back in 2012, substantiated the path of victory of that Russia which will be, with the formula: "To overtake without catching up." Where, according to the Gospel of Matthew: "and the last shall be first" – in the sphere of the Spirit (Matt. 19:30). And therefore: The Hope of the World will come from Russia.

According to the assessments of visionaries, the technologies of the spiritual sphere will supplement the material technologies of NBIC convergence with the onset of the 7th technological order, somewhere after 2044.

The reference points of the changes of the new epoch on the ruler of Gregorian dates are: 2013 – 2020 – 2025 – 2028 – 2032 – 2037 – 2044.

• 2013 – WWIII of a new hybrid type began as a clash of civilizations between the World of the West and the World of Islam (ISIS) in Syria.
• 2020 – the old world order was shaken by the COVID-19 pandemic.
• 2025 – WWIII of a new hybrid type entered the decisive phase of the "Battle of the End" in politics, economics, technology, and culture.
• 2028 – the new monetary world of digital money will be built.
• 2032 – the cherished transfiguration of Rus’ into the Kingdom of truth will be completed.
• 2037 – the world will enter the New World Order of the information society ("a new heaven and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness").
• 2044 – the beginning of the anthropological transition into "the life of the age to come."

In order for Russia not to lose outright the Great Game of world projects, it needs to occupy a superposition over the inclusive capitalism of the West and socialism with Chinese characteristics.

The captivating dream that, with the voice of blood and the call of the heart, draws society toward titanic accomplishments in building a bright future is different for different world projects – it is conditioned by the mental makeup (the codes of language and culture) of the nation.

For inclusive capitalism, it is the American dream, which gives every person rights and the hope (the spirit of capitalism) of realizing themselves as a successful individual.

For socialism with Chinese characteristics, it is the Chinese dream of reviving the greatness of the nation of yellow people, the best of the best. It is permeated by the state Spirit of China and clothed in the project of the common good (共享未来) of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind. 

Superposition – the role of a third force above the confrontation of two others – must be original in the organization of politics (power), economics (wealth), society (glory), and the sphere of the spirit (grace).

In the Great Game of world projects at the card table of history, these four aspects of Being correspond to the suits: ♦ ♣ ♠ ♥. Therefore, the layout of cards in a deck of 54 factors of power for six world players, through the playing out of their interaction, allows one not only to anticipate the outcome of the Great Game, but also to interpret which cards of the project's aggregate might are in play in the layout for the current round and which are not, and why. This technology of reconnaissance of the future was invented by Sky Politics theorists back in 2003, tested on the layouts of already 6 rounds of four years each, and they became convinced of the effectiveness of the forecast.

To "take captive" the souls of the peoples of non-Western civilizations in the Greater Eurasia project – the Third Horde of that Rus’ which is to be – will have to be done with the heart (♥), for the grace of the Spirit of Truth.

How to do this is suggested by the Lord's Prayer "Our Father," given to the world by Jesus Himself: Hallowed be Thy name, Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.

Sky Politics has shown in detail that in the aspect of number even\odd on earth there operates a struggle of opposites – the dialectic of the even (everything divides in half), while in Heaven there reigns the triune harmony of the odd.

Where division in half always leaves an irrational remainder of an infinite fraction receding into eternity. At the same time, the earthly even plus the heavenly odd always gives an odd (2+3=5; 2+5=7; 2+7=9).

The essence is that in order for it to be "on earth, as it is in heaven" one must acquire the grace of the Spirit of Truth (from the Almighty Heavenly Father) in the form of the Will of Heaven, which is triune (in Christianity – this is the life-giving Holy Trinity) and thus transform the earthly even into the heavenly odd.

This acquisition on the physical plane represents a resonance of the vibrations of the "heart" (the fibers of the soul) with the omnidirectional waves of the Will of Heaven, which responds to a person's prayerful request either with miraculous success in affairs, or with the healing of metabolic disorders in the body, or with divine revelation of the mystery of Being.  

But in order for a response of Grace to occur from Heaven by resonance to the request of the heart's call – for the "spark of God" to leap across – a "conductive medium" of the energy of life is needed in the space of the earth. The essence is that the acquisition of the grace of the Spirit of Truth from Heaven must begin with a reliable grounding of deeds for the benefit of the common good (well-being).

The voice of blood draws one toward abundance (well-being). Abundance nourishes the energy of life. The energy of life fills the soul with dignity. To the challenge of dignity the soul responds with the call of the heart (the pangs of conscience). The call of the heart appeals for consolation – the Grace of the Spirit. This is the path of acquiring the Grace of the Spirit for a simple individual person.

Grace (Chinese 德-De) flows in time, while the energy of life (Chinese 氣-Qi) extends in space. In society it looks like this:

The generator of the energy of life is the coordinated – in accord – common cause of people who have caught the phase of the wave of the Will of Heaven:

“Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven, for where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I in the midst of them” (Mt. 18:19-20).

Here the indispensable condition of success is to catch the favorable moment (Greek Kairos) of the oncoming wave of change (in His name! = entrusting oneself to the Will of Heaven) and then the whole Universe will help the collective efforts of people, even if small but true in vector.

Sky Politics theorists, on the ruler of Gregorian dates, calculated the current tide of the wave of the energy of the East. This is the Horde wave with a period of 726 years and a refined term of the transfiguration of Rus’ from 2020 to 2032.

Russia has a feminine soul (even) – in order to attain the cherished transfiguration into the “Kingdom of truth” long foretold by seers, it is necessary to pass through two stages of state-building: 

1. First, carry out a maneuver upward, leaving behind tricolor liberal democracy, the greatest value – human rights and freedoms and the separation of powers as they are in the current Constitution of the Russian Federation (arts. 1, 2 and 10), while the purple greatness longed for by the peoples of non-Western civilizations is to be raised into a Commonwealth of Free, Sovereign Republics (USSR-2). Suts purple majesty to elevate into a Commonwealth of Free, Sovereign Republics (USSR-2). In essence, a confederation along the lines of the British Commonwealth of Nations, on the basis of the existing Union State of Russia and Belarus.
2. And then, already from the level of USSR-2, following the foretold formula of the Kingdom of Truth, to unfold the future-oriented civilizational project Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde.

In the formula “Kingdom of Truth” the key word is kingdom, for everyone has their own truth and only the Truth is one.

In a kingdom there is no separation of powers. The Tsar in his single person unites all power: spiritual, secular and military.

If in a democracy the president personifies a lawful union with the people through the procedure of elections. Then under aristocracy the tsar receives power from heaven in a sacred union with the people either through the procedure of: election to the throne, anointing to the throne and crowning to the throne, or through the military procedure by acquiring the spirit of victory.

With the spirit of victory from mother earth (Chinese 精-Jing) it is more or less clear what to do – let noble fury boil up like a wave – give blood and receive the spirit.

The motive of blood and soil works. The leader enters into a sacred union with the people and the army (brothers and sisters… we shall not disgrace…), acquiring military, secular and spiritual power through victory. Defeat in war sweeps away the spiritual foundation of power, and then power falls.

On the acquisition of the Spirit of Truth in the Kingdom of Truth

With the Spirit of Truth from Heaven (Chinese 神-Shen) the matter is more complex – it is tied to the virtue of the ruler and depends on the phase of the cycle of rotational motion (dawn or sunset, ebb or flow of the energy of the Cosmos), but also on the energy of forward motion in the chain of succession (inertia) of power itself on earth. The essence is the accumulation or expenditure of virtue by predecessors.

Virtue is the Grace of the Spirit of Truth manifested on earth.

The triunity of the Grace of the Spirit in mercy, enlightenment, and the threat of punishment is precisely the manifested virtue of the ruler. The virtue of the ruler acts as authority (glory) and as a beneficent instructive and transforming influence (power).

The transforming influence of the Grace of the Spirit on earth is personified by the King of Truth (Father of Nations). The King of Truth manifests it by his authority as a bearer of beneficent power and by his status as Judge; demonstrates it by personal example, wisdom, and the teachings of a Father; spreads virtue through the designs, decrees, and military feats of a Leader.

The King of Truth is the triune “Leader – Father” in the hypostases of Priest (interpreter of truth), Judge (dispenser of the function of justice), and Warrior (one who executes retribution by force of arms). This is the “sage on the throne,” the “enlightened dictator,” personifying virtue as power and glory.

The submissive, touching, and reverent response of man and of the whole people to the actively manifested virtue of the Leader-Father (mercy, instruction, punishment of evil, and suppression of disorder by force) will be broad sincerity, loyalty, honesty, trust, and obedience.

Sincerity is the expression of truth. If there is sincerity, then understanding is possible. The result of understanding will be the transformation of people’s consciousness: the inclination of their hearts toward truth, repentance for malice, and care for family, habitat, neighbors near and far.

In the myths and tales of the Russian and especially the non-Russian peoples of Russia, according to many prophecies and predictions of seers, Russia in the pre-final times of “this age” will for a short time, approximately 12 years (by calculations from 2020 to 2032), be transformed into a “Kingdom of Truth” with the foretold name “Domain of the White Tsar.”

Interpretation of the Old Testament Book of the Prophet Daniel allows us to say that the pre-final times (“the last days of wrath”) began in 1967, when the Temple Mount in Jerusalem again came under the control of the State of Israel. And the “King of Truth” (White Tsar) has already been born, approximately in 1959. This man of outstanding intuition and deep wisdom must be called to the throne by the top leadership of the multinational country and will become the forerunner of the “second glorious coming” of the Savior of the world from the power of the Devil for eternal life.

According to the statements of the rabbinate of the Hasidim, Mashiach (also Messiah, also Christ, also the Anointed One, also the Herald of the “age to come” and the “end of this world”) has already been born in 1995 and must manifest at the age of 33 (1995 + 33 = 2028) in the “Glorious Coming.”

For the Jews, this Glorious coming, according to the words of the Apostle Paul, means that "all Israel (the family of God) will be saved, as it is written: the Deliverer will come from Zion, and He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob" (Rom. 11:26). By many signs, the "new heaven and new earth, in which righteousness dwells" (2 Peter 3:13) foretold by Holy Scripture will come after the year 2044.

In modern terminology, this is the "anthropological transition."

Scholars link it to an astronomical fact: the transition of the axis of precession of the planet Earth from the cosmic era of Pisces (which lasted ≈ 2160 years, from 148 BC to 2012 AD) into the cosmic era of the constellation Aquarius (which began in 2013), with corresponding changes in the planet's energy fields.

That is why the "White Kingdom of Truth" in Russia (whose ideology, ethics and political practice are set forth by Sky Politics) is called, amid the mirages of the cunning reasoning of those who "restrain" the orders of "this age," to become a beacon on the path of the peoples into the "kingdom of the age to come" on earth, as in heaven, which will have no end.

The formula of the transfiguration of the 7th techno-pattern: even + odd = odd.

The source of virtue is: the combination of earthly nature (the idea of greatness) with the Law of the Universe (the idea of the higher will). 

The nature of the Earth is the mother of virtue. The moral law within us. In number, this is the even. In line, the horizontal. In figure, the square. In volume, the cube. In movement, forward progress. The color of the Earth is yellow soil.

And the universal Law of the universe is the "Heavenly Father." In number, this is the odd. In line, the vertical. In figure, the circle. In volume, the Sphere. In movement, rotational changes. The color of the "divine darkness" is the black Cosmos. The starry sky above one's head.

Such a complex combination of the primordial even with the odd always yields the odd: the life-giving Trinity (the color green).

Green is the negative of red. The color of manifested truth is red.

"There are only two things that fill the soul with sacred awe. These are the starry sky above one's head and the moral law within us," notes the sage I. Kant.

"I swear by the sunset, I swear by the dawn. I swear by the even and the odd," the Revelation of the Quran solemnly affirms.

The principle of triunity permeates the Universe – the World Order – the Cosmos, or "Heaven." And the principle of similarity (the fractal) of heavenly triunity on Earth is precisely the manifested will of Heaven.

One of the most important properties, as well as a function, of the triune Heaven is its life-giving capacity to generate all that exists on earth. And the nurturing and formation of what is born in the bosom of nature on earth is already a function of virtue. formation, born in the bosom of nature on earth, already acts as a function of virtue.

In order to govern (establish and maintain order), one must possess the penetrating power of virtue sufficient to achieve the goal. In the King of Truth this power manifests through his personal abilities: first, to believe in himself. Then to discern the signs of the times (it is time to act); then to determine his place in the chain of succession of power (ascent or decline); and then, on the wave of the good power of virtue, to cultivate the harmony of the world.

The power of virtue of the King of Truth is of one essence with the life-giving power of Heaven, for it passes to him wondrously from the higher powers, as a resonance (a copy). Which, in essence, is power from Heaven.

At the same time, the King of Truth acquires miraculous abilities not automatically by virtue of office, but only in the case of personal activity in striving to acquire (to become like, to copy, to embody) the virtuous power of Heaven and, like the Father on earth, with love and severity to realize the Supreme Law of Heaven (the will of Heaven) in officials (the vertical) and the people (the horizontal).

Heaven knows no kinship relations; it helps only the good power of virtue. An aristocrat of the spirit can be any person. “The kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it” (Luke 16:17). At the same time, the help of Heaven is indifferent to blood relations, but is rendered only as a resonant amplification of the power of the Spirit initially manifested by the King of Truth who has believed in himself.

The acquisition of the resonant-wave support of the “heavenly spheres” is what makes the King of Truth a king. The loss of dignity by the King of Truth leads to the loss of his good power and entails an inability to govern, the collapse of the apparatus, and the disruption of peace among the people.

Heaven reacts to the erroneous actions of a ruler with a crisis in society. If there is no corrective reaction, then misfortunes become inevitable and lead to the destruction of both the “king” and the “kingdom.”

Rulers who receive power as successors of the founder of a state (dynasty) depend not only on personal qualities, but also on the internal possibilities (potential) of the system of power as a whole.

The change of a system of power is presented as a wave of the acquisition, accumulation, maintenance, and exhaustion of its reserve of good power. And the personal qualities of successors recede into the background. 

The founder of a state (dynasty), who has proclaimed a new ideal and shown the people a guideline toward what is due, receives a powerful and abundant power of virtue not by inheritance, but wondrously as a result of entering the phase of the tide of the energy of the Cosmos.

A synergy occurs – the sum of waves of different periods. 

The founder lays the foundation of the system of power on the ascending wave as a “great deed,” a “feat,” an “accomplishment,” whose energy is passed on with glory to successors.

Today the talk is of seizing the future on the rising tide of the energy of the East. 

The second ruler, developing the foundation that has been laid, realizes the received impulse up to the peak of the ascending wave. Subsequent rulers merely preserve what was created by the two founders of the political line (dynasty), squandering the capital of the life force of the ideal accumulated on the rising tide of the energy of life.

Rulers who complete a political line can make up for a lack of personal beneficent force with the virtue of officials, which requires selecting people for state service not by the qualities of model executors, but by energy and quality in serving the ruler's political line. At the same time, the main criterion of the "social elevator" is respect for the dignity of people: the ability to recognize all talents from among the people as worthy of the elite.

For the Soviet power, the founder of the political line was Lenin. The "Great Leader-Father" became Stalin. Khrushchev merely maintained the inertia of the state impulse. Brezhnev personified stagnation. Then came convulsions and collapse.

For the power of liberalism in Russia, the founder of the political line through the "perestroika" of real socialism was Gorbachev. The "great deed" of destroying the Soviet Empire was accomplished with furious force by Yeltsin. Putin took Yeltsin's inheritance under his protection and, in tandem with the third president, D. Medvedev, moved by the inertia of perestroika. Putin's Long State completes the line of rule of the Westernizers. Ahead lies a new "dynasty."

From the experience of China's three-thousand-year written history it is known that for a successful change of "dynasty" three conditions must be fulfilled:

- Rectify the names – rewrite the picture of the world in a new paradigm of basic principles. This work has already been done by Sky Politics.

- Strengthen ritual – stake on the collective unconscious for the acquisition of the Spirit of Truth (the revivification of the nation's effaced cultural codes).

- Foresee what is to come. Sky Politics attempts to solve this task with reliance on the muse of history, who grants glory in the project of the Museum of Constructing the Future.

At the same time, "To overtake without catching up" means, under the cover of digitalization, with reliance on and hope in AI, to quietly develop wave resonance technologies of the spiritual sphere.

And in the glorious work of the transfiguration of Rus', one should rely not so much on the good pastors of traditional religions as on general civil technologies of managing people's behavior of the 7th techno-economic order.

In sum: The world is harmonious. Harmony is the coordinated commensurability of unequal parts, of which there are at least three. Harmony with the world is called joy. Joyful means in the Spirit. In the Spirit means energetically. Energetically means confidently. Confidently means dogmatically: immutably (with a mathematical foundation) proceeding from the Truth. Banally (ordinarily) means correctly. Fantastically (whimsically and amazingly) means strategically: directed at seizing the future. Semantically (concerning the meanings of words) means rationally. Literarily (artistically) means holistically and organically. Briefly means talentedly (gifted by the Spirit). Whoever is in the Spirit exults: What delight!

Sky Politics does not argue with scholars and does not need recognition from academic science, for it is engaged in reconnaissance of the future, and reconnaissance is not a science but an art. In the texts of Sky Politics there is no citation index, for reconnaissance never exposes its sources of information.

Sky Politics theorists are the sensible ones from among the people. Their function is to bring to reason those who are not indifferent – those who seek the truth.

The evangelization of the New Testament teaches: "But seek ye first the kingdom of God [a spiritual state on earth] and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you" (Matt. 6:33). This is one of the key instructions of Christ himself in the Sermon on the Mount, that the spiritual must be higher than the material, and that this "seek ye" is the path of victory for those who await [wait and hope for] the life of the age to come.
