Greater Eurasia and the means of violence of the new epoch of the information society

On the turns of historical cycles of the epoch of global transformation, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization acts as the political, financial, economic and technological framework for assembly around the PRC for a short time of 12-15 years of the former uluses of the Single State of Genghis Khan.

The heir of the ulus of the Great Khan (China of the Yuan dynasty), the head of the PRC Xi Jinping, named the process of assembly "Community of Shared Future of the SCO" with a control deadline for the fulfillment of the design – 2030.

The peace deal between the USA and Iran on the cessation of military actions in the Gulf of 14.06.26 finally pushes the Islamic Republic of Iran into the embrace of "comprehensive strategic partnership" with the PRC. Thus, the ulus of Hulagu flows into the economic belt of the New Silk Road, implementing the cooperation agreement for a term of 25 years from 2021. By 2026, the PRC was purchasing 90% of all oil extracted by Iran. Over the course of 30 years, China will import 270 million tons of natural gas from the giant South Pars field. 

The entry of the ulus of Chagatai (inherited by Uzbekistan) into the Community of Shared Future with the PRC took place in May 2023 with the signing of the Xi'an Declaration "Central Asia – China", linking the joint construction of the "One Belt and One Road", among other things, with the program "Revival of the Great Silk Road" of Turkmenistan, the National Development Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan.

The matter is more complicated with the integration into the Community of Shared Future of the SCO of the ulus of Jochi (the Golden Horde). On 19.05.26 at a forum in Astana, Kazakhstan self-proclaimed itself the direct Heir of the Golden Horde. 

Although in terms of territorial coverage, the legacy of the ulus of Jochi in the 16th century was assumed by the first Tsar of All Rus' Ivan IV the Terrible (Tsar of Kazan, Tsar of Astrakhan, etc.), and today such is New Russia. 

In the 15th century, the Golden Horde disintegrated into the Grand Duchy of Moscow, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, the Siberian Khanate, the Kazan Khanate, the Crimean Khanate, the Astrakhan Khanate, the Kazakh Khanate, the Great Horde and the Nogai Horde.

So then, Xi Jinping back in 2018 recognized the Kazakh legacy of the Golden Horde, including Central Asia in the Community of Shared Future of the SCO, but does not take the Russian Federation into the Community of Shared Future with the PRC.

The concept of the "Community of Shared Future for Mankind" was first put forward by Xi Jinping in a speech at MGIMO during his visit to Russia in March 2013. But there was no reaction from the Russian Federation.

Having adopted as the basis of foreign policy the concept of a multipolar world, Russia, preserving independence, self-reliance and reliance on its own forces, found itself in strategic solitude. And now, in partnership relations with the Community of Shared Future of the SCO, it as it were inherits the role of "tributary" of the Great Horde of Genghis Khan.

In conditions of peaceful Chinese expansion in the New Horde of Greater Eurasia, the only geopolitical the only geopolitical framework for retaining Russia's sovereignty from the hidden role of a "tributary" is the Collective Security Treaty Organization. Where the RF, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan outwardly remain unyielding to the "soft power" of the stratagems of Chinese friendship.

The construction of the CSTO, like the creation of the SCO Community of Shared Future, experiences the invisible influence of the "Horde wave" in the cycle of "returning to one's own circles": 726 years, discovered by Sky Politics and first described in the book by Andrey Petrovich Devyatov "Anti-Kipling", – M. 2014.

Chinese sages know this cycle, which the planners of the Western way of thought and European education do not know, for whom the inclusion in the original composition of the CSTO, out of good intentions of a single post-Soviet space, of Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia ended by the natural course of things with their withdrawal from the Organization, as not having been part of the Golden Horde.

Remarkable Americanists, Germanists and Slavists in the AP, MFA and General Staff of the RF are 100% within the paradigm of meanings of the old world order of the departing industrial society of the West:

  • they do not see, do not know and do not understand Chinese specificity (we ourselves – our enemies – our allies), whereas China is the main challenge of an irresistible force of global transformation.
  • they do not see the war of meanings and nerves as the basis of a war of a new hybrid type, they do not want to take into account the possibility of changes not through mobilization, but through being set up for a mental defeat.
  • they apply a purely chess model of confrontation: white moves first and wins, seizing the initiative and imposing its game on the opponent. They do not see and do not know card schemes with several players, they do not understand the Chinese stratagem of winning in the passive (the cunning monkey above the clash of two tigers in the valley).
  • they rely on scientificity to the detriment of the art of war, the very stake on military cunning, stratagem-thinking and the substitution of the game is absent.

It is quite obvious that in the new era of the information society, "jointly fighting the forces of evil: terrorism, extremism, separatism, drug trafficking, transnational organized crime and cybercrime" is not enough to achieve the desired harmony of peace in the CSTO.

In order to see the picture of the world of the new era in its integrity and fullness of changes and to be adequate in the means of influencing the situation, the Collective Security Treaty Organization should acquire the "soft power" of information war for the defeat of minds and hearts, at least of decision-makers. It should free itself from the shackles of the binary thinking of the West's "Grand Chessboard". It should master the methods of the "Great Game" at the card table of history.

China pursues the realization of the Chinese dream through the creation of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind hand in hand with masters of money matters of Jewish nationality from London.

Since the leading and guiding role in the SCO Community of Shared Future belongs to China, in the structures of the CSTO one should be concerned with the deployment of information work of military Chinese studies.
