The historic victory of Russia is its cherished transfiguration

The blessed seers of the Russian land foretold for it, in the pre-final days of "this age," a wondrous transfiguration into the Kingdom of Truth. Truth is always bitter, therefore the insight into the already imminent outcome of the global transformation is unlikely to gladden the hearts of those who seek this truth.

Nevertheless, change is overdue, and the Russia that is will be transfigured for the better. And the "midwife" of the birth of the Russia that will be is "war, that red-faced beauty."

The transfiguration of Russia into the Kingdom of Truth will become its historic victory on the difficult path into the life of the age to come. According to the gleams of the Planner's design, the stratagem of change is hidden under the signboard of the "Victory" Organizing Committee, which appeared in the Kremlin in August 2000.

Since the subject is Russia in its lot of worldwide destiny, let us examine the design of its transfiguration from the perspective of World War III of a new hybrid type, which, according to the well-informed Pope Francis, began in 2013 (with the onset of the "holy war" of the Islamic State on the territory of Iraq and the Levant).

The opening move in drawing the Russian Federation into WWIII was the Minsk agreements of 2014, which recognized the "special status" of Donbass within Ukraine; in 2015, in the "Normandy format," they were pushed through by the Russian Federation via recognition of Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity by a UN Security Council resolution. In reality, the Minsk protocols only exacerbated the hostilities. In justification, the Kremlin declared: "We were deceived."

The next step in the drawing-in was the sudden missile strike by the Russian Aerospace Forces on 30.09.2015 against ISIS jihadists in Syria, followed by the deployment of a permanent grouping of the Russian Armed Forces in Syria. 

The West assessed this international assistance of the Russian Federation to the Assad regime as the beginning of the biblical Battle of the End, which "Gog from the confines of the north with a horde of Persians at his side" will lose. Syria fell on 08.12.24

The beginning of the main hybrid battle of WWIII in the spring of 2018 was the "Skripal case." The government of Great Britain accused Russia of using the A234 class "Novichok" chemical warfare agent by GRU officers of the Russian Armed Forces (Petrov and Bashirov) against former GRU officer S. Skripal, who worked for the Kingdom's special services. After that, a diplomatic scandal began with the mass expulsion of Russian diplomats (143 people in total from 26 countries), the introduction of a sanctions regime, and the isolation of the Russian Federation in science, art, and sports (an "iron curtain" and economic blockade).

Finally, there was the Ryabkov Ultimatum of 15.12.21, demanding that the US and NATO withdraw troops from the borders of the Russian Federation to the line of 1997. The deliberately unfulfillable demand, with the threat of responding to NATO with military and military-technical means, was rejected. On 24.02.22, Russia, on the Ukrainian direction of the European theater of war, launched the Special Military Operation for the denazification and demilitarization of Ukraine.

Five years later, the escalation of tension in the European theater of war has reached the threat of a full-scale war with the use of nuclear weapons. The EU's readiness for war with the Russian Federation is set for 2030.

"Dear Russians" used to live with open borders to Europe – you could go wherever you wanted, live wherever you wanted. No Russophobia at all. With Ukraine, free entry/exit. To Finland, "Lastochkas" shuttled back and forth several times a day. Confidence-building measures all around – and then suddenly: the EU is preparing for war with the Russian Federation!

Let us note: the aim of policy may be defeat in a war of weapons, for defeat as a stratagem guarantees a change of the regime of power. 

After all, Lenin too came to power under the stratagem: the Bolsheviks were defeatists of tsarist Russia in the world war. To stay in power, he had to go along with the "obscene Treaty of Brest-Litovsk."

History repeats itself, "returning to its own circles."

To understand the design:

The main question regarding the "Victory" Organizing Committee is: whose design is it?

The obvious answer is: those who spotted V. Putin in Dresden, offered the hand of friendship, and brought him to the Kremlin.

In Beijing there is an Organizing Committee of the Chinese Dream – the same signboard as our "Victory" Organizing Committee in the Kremlin. Behind the signboard is a mystery.

However, the very signboard "Organizing Committee" is already an intelligence indicator of the Planner's design behind the scenes for the creation of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind in a China–Russia pairing.

A Red line of political intelligence can be traced: Comintern – Kuusinen – Andropov (with the illegals of Drozdov Yu.I.) – Primakov.

Today, at the expert level, this line is represented in the activity of the Valdai Discussion Club, created through the efforts of the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy (a non-governmental body of "competent persons," founded in February 1992).

The idea of the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy was that within 10 years, statist democrats with a global agenda would squeeze the oligarchy and liberals out of the highest echelons of power in the Russian Federation.

Then D.B. Ryurikov became B. Yeltsin's first assistant for international affairs. In 1998, Primakov, Maslyukov, and Gerashchenko joined the government for 9 months. But it did not happen. The Organizing Committee of Changes had neither the strength nor the organization (the Order of the Sword-Bearers). Power in the Russian Federation was in the hands of liberals—friends of the US dollar.

In 1994, S. Karaganov headed the Presidium of the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy. Our colleague Karaganov S.A. ("The Skull") is precisely Primakov's project. The logic of the decline of Primakov's line forced the Americanist Karaganov to seek a stratagem (a military ruse) to bring the course taken by the Organizing Committee of Changes to victory.

Karaganov's current activity of escalating the threat and harsh rhetoric—we will not stand on price—is the creation of a backdrop against which the removal of the threat of nuclear conflagration by the wise head of the "Victory" Organizing Committee, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, will be a clear justification for the finale of the SMO as the unconditional victory of "the cause of peace and socialism."

The Americanist, illegal intelligence officer A.O. Bezrukov—this is all the same Council on Foreign and Defense Policy of "competent persons."

His fresh report in Karaganov's journal: Russia in Global Affairs. 2026. Vol. 24. No. 4. "The New War and What We Should Do" is an outright bogeyman—the creation of a well-founded backdrop of an immense threat to Russia for the entire foreseeable perspective.

And here—an asymmetric, wise decision by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, opposed to Karaganov-Bezrukov, granting the people deliverance from the nightmare of nuclear war, justifying the losses in the SMO, leading to a change of elite and the Transfiguration of Rus’ into the cherished "Kingdom of Truth." 

Let us emphasize: the New Currency World as a stage toward the New World Order does not need additional violence by war.

Let us return to the stratagem of the Special Military Operation.

The question of the Russian Federation's renunciation of the Minsk agreements and state recognition of the People's Republics of Donbass was decided at an expanded meeting of the Security Council of the Russian Federation on 21.02.22 (under TV cameras for the whole country), after which 3 days later the SMO began.

The Supreme Commander-in-Chief, chairman of the Victory Organizing Committee V. Putin personally questioned all those present, thereby bringing the entire highest echelon of power under mutual responsibility for the result of the collectively adopted decision, with which the Supreme Commander-in-Chief agreed.

Now the SMO is ending in the strife between Russian "hawks" (stubborn Z patriots) and "doves" (reasonable peacemakers).

As with the end of the "Cold War," the completion of the SMO will be declared by the Kremlin to be the unconditional victory of the national pride of the Great Russians, of common sense and humanism.

Those responsible for the result of the SMO are known—they are all those who personally appeared before the people on camera on 21.02.22

War is the midwife of history—ensuring changes: the birth of a new power (see our No1077 New Beginning).

Russia's historical victory is its cherished transfiguration!

The new power is the natural heirs of the current one—the second generation of the establishment, dissatisfied with the state of affairs in the country, with the conservatism of those holding on, concerned about Russia's place in the world and the prospect of its innovative development.

This is Katerina Tikhonova's Circle (Belousov, Dyumin, K. Dmitriev, Kovalchuk Jr., Fradkov Jr., Medinsky, Tsivilyova, Chekunkov, etc.).

The "guru" for this circle is Andrey Belousov with his ideals of the late USSR: Gosplan, social projects, "technological sovereignty," increasing the role of the state. "New socialism" is meant to restore trust in the authorities and allow the golden youth to rule forever" (a leak from the competent).
