On Russia's role in realizing the Chinese Dream

The Spirit breathes where it will. For Sky Politics, the Spirit is the "waves of life" that fill time with Grace (Chinese: De).

It is also the SPIRIT OF VICTORY (from the earth, Chinese: Jing). A famous song points to the nature of this Spirit: "Let noble fury boil up like a wave, the people's war goes on, sacred war," and

the SPIRIT OF TRUTH (from heaven, Chinese: Shen). The One who "hovered over the water" proceeds from the Heavenly Father (Chinese: Shangdi) and spoke through the prophets.

In the national anthem, Russia is called "our sacred power." This speaks to the fact that in the new era of cosmic energies of the constellation Aquarius, Russia's lot has become Universality, attained in the Spirit of Truth through supra-worldliness.

The Spirit breathes where it will, is present everywhere, fills everything with "waves of life," and needs no special rites. At the same time, the practices of acquiring the Spirit are high wave technologies for attaining resonance with the Will of Heaven, which are worth a great deal, for having caught the flood phase of the "wave of life," the entire Universe will assist the ruler's smallest efforts in fulfilling the design of his policy.

In the spirit of victory, the warrior of sacred war (jihad) goes to his death, detonating the shahid belt.

In the spirit of victory, the Japanese kamikaze (sacred wind) goes to his death, piloting a bomb-plane.

The gifts of the Spirit of Truth, however, are clairvoyance, revelation, inspiration, and wisdom. These gifts are received by prophets, seers, and elders.

Church authorities do not like elders-seers, for they tell people the truth, which is usually bitter. In their secluded hermitages they do not confess, do not take communion, and manage without church rites.

Secular authorities, however, need the hints of spirit-filled seers. Dignitaries and businessmen do not go to learned theologians for advice, but go with hope for revelation to those who foretell the future.

Sky Politics, as a doctrine of the time in which Grace flows, over 20 years of research has developed a number of technologies for "feeling out" the future with bearings of "probability patches" and for manifesting hidden processes through holograms formed by the addition of the reference (the meander of the 12-year cycle) and the signal Horde (726-year) waves of Eurasian history.

In the NBIC convergence (the merging of nano-, bio-, info- and cognitive technologies) as the essence of the fourth industrial revolution of humanity's entry into the coming information society, Sky Politics has dared to take on the sphere of the "incognito": the control of people's behavior by vibrations of the spirit without identifying friend or foe.

As for China, having victoriously completed the building of the society of moderate prosperity "xiaokang," the leadership of the PRC has taken on the task of transitioning into the period of the history of the civilization of the yellow people, the Great Unity "Datong."

The Great Unity is not only the unity of the center with the outskirts, but also the unity of the people with the top (heaven) and the bottom (earth). That is, the acquisition by the center of the under-heaven world (China) of the fullness of the six harmonies: the four cardinal directions, the top and the bottom. The acquisition of this state of Grace "De" will also be the fulfillment of the Chinese Dream.

Harmony is not balances and counterweights, but the commensurateness of unequal parts, of which there are at least three. Together with harmony will come the revival of the greatness of the nation of the yellow people.

In modern terminology, the goal of the state-building of the PRC as a transition into the desired period of history, Datong, is called the joint creation of a "Community of Shared Future for Mankind" (共同构建人类命运共同体).

A Single Destiny for Mankind led by China and the World Role of Russia, acquired through the supra-worldliness of the Spirit of Truth, is that invisible foundation of Russian-Chinese relations of the new era, which is replacing the proletarian internationalism of the period of the Great Friendship of Stalin and Mao, the departing era of industrial society.

Chinese sages long ago determined that in the period of "xiaokang" the priority of earthly pragmatism destroys the country's sacred connection with the Way of Heaven – the Great Dao. Therefore, for the transition into the state of Datong of a nation that has already acquired prosperity, for the channel of Grace – "DaoDe" – an inoculation of the Spirit of Truth (Shen) is needed. Otherwise, as the practice of China's history shows, the country falls into a period of chaos and fragmentation (Hunluan).

China can receive this inoculation from the Eastern correct teaching (东正教) – the pre-schism Orthodoxy open to the Will of Heaven, of Rus' of the period of the Golden Horde (the Ulus of Jochi) and the Yuan Empire (the Ulus of the Great Khan), the Single state of Genghis Khan from sea to sea (the Yellow in the east, the White in the north and the Black in the west).

These colors of political geography in the 19th century were combined on the State Flag of Russia.

In the Horde, the dogma of faith in the decrees of authority sounded like this: "By the Power of the Eternal Heaven, by the Will of the Highest Trinity, my khan's word." That is, the "Holy Trinity," undistorted by the church on the earth triumphant (among Catholics – Filioque – the Spirit proceeds "and from the Son") personifies the Will of Heaven. On earth the Will of Heaven is manifested by the "wave of life" with which one can enter into resonance with the "heart" (by the vibrations of prayer).

That is, in order to acquire the Grace of De (which flows in time), to the earthly even number one must add the heavenly odd number and thus restore the channel of connection DaoDe. In number: 2 (the duality of the dialectic of nature) + 3 (the triunity of the Will of Heaven in the "wave of life" of the life-giving Trinity) = 5 (the Chinese identity of the under-heaven middle).

However, the modern synodal Orthodoxy of the ROC and the United Front Department of the CPC Central Committee, which oversees the spiritual life of the Chinese, are far from mutual understanding of the grandiose task of uniting efforts to acquire the Grace of the Spirit of Truth of the new era.

Spiritual authority in the PRC belongs to the CPC Central Committee. The 99 million party members, 74 million Komsomol members and 113 million young pioneers have no need of any other spiritual guidance and preaching.

The CPC Central Committee quite copes with the task of good shepherds – the flock is fed, systemic poverty in the PRC no longer exists.

But in order not to fall into chaos and to transition into the state of Datong, the CPC Central Committee still needs to organize a "place of divine presence" where Grace dwells De, and moreover necessarily in the triunity of the Will of Heaven.

In Chinese tradition such places are monasteries: Buddhist, Daoist. But to accomplish the task of grafting the Spirit of Truth – Shen, glorified in the Trinity (圣三一): “Glory to the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,” an Orthodox monastery is absolutely necessary.

The triunity of Orthodoxy, through harmony, overcomes and pacifies the inexhaustible binary struggle of opposites on earth.

The CPC Central Committee needs a monastic environment, in whose asceticism (renunciation of the satisfaction of material desires in favor of spiritual perfection) abides the Grace De.

This is not about ordaining priesthood within the church hierarchy, but only about tonsuring novices into Orthodox monasticism.

In pre-schism Orthodoxy, the sacrament of baptism “of water and the Spirit” could be performed by any Christian without a priest. This is what Old Believers of the priestless persuasion still do to this day. And tonsuring into monks can be performed by a hegumen – the abbot of a monastery without holy orders. As for the Liturgy, in a women’s monastery it is then served by an appointed priest.

The role of Russian Orthodoxy in such a purely Chinese Orthodox monastery comes down to the appointment by the church of a priest-confessor (a mentor experienced in spiritual matters and theology).

And one place of the outpouring of Grace for all of China will suffice, for the Spirit breathes where it wills, filling everything with “waves of life.”

For Jews in all countries of the world there is one place of divine presence – the “Throne of Glory” – and that is the Western Wall on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.

During the period of the Great Friendship after the proclamation of the PRC, the honesty and sincerity of Soviet-Chinese relations were cemented not by interests and not even by values, but by the sacred things of proletarian internationalism, where the place of veneration was the Lenin Mausoleum in Moscow.

With the formation of the New liberal Russia of democratic choice, Russian-Chinese relations are based on the geopolitics of good-neighborliness “back to back” and on purely material interests.

The union of the Chinese Dream of reviving the greatness of the nation of yellow people and creating a Community of Shared Future for Mankind with the Universality of Russia’s portion, attained through the supramundane nature of the Spirit of Truth, is capable of restoring to Chinese-Russian relations the international scale of the common good (共享) resting on the sacred things of the Spirit of Truth, which it would cost one dearly to betray by cunning and deceit. For the loss of Grace is fraught with a change of the regime of power and the state’s sliding into the chaos of war and separatism.

In Sky Politics, the best confirmation of the descent of the Spirit in society is “glory in the radiance of holiness.” Glory is attained through what are called “glorious deeds.” Glory is bestowed by the muse of history.

The beacon for a correct course of policy here will be the Temple of the muse of history who bestows glory – the Museum of Constructing the Future.

The Spirit is connected not with faith, but with hope. Hope dies last.

In other words, into Russian-Chinese relations of strategic interaction of good neighbors and partnership in the economy it is necessary to introduce a new hope (新希望), directly linked to the common good of peoples. It is quite obvious that a direct good for people will be full-fledged, tasty and healthy protein food.

In the process of digestion, enzymes break down protein food into amino acids, which are used for the biosynthesis of the body’s own proteins or undergo further breakdown to obtain the energy of life.

In the new era of global transformation, a new hope of the common good for society can be given by high biotechnologies for the production of protein for the nutrition of animals and humans.

High technologies for the industrial production of microbial protein for the material filling of the new hope of Russian-Chinese relations of the common good already exist in Russia.
