On the confrontation between Russia and NATO

On the "Grand Chessboard" of the American political heavyweight Brzezinski, on 15.12.21 liberal Russia, under the flag of a Sovereign Conservative Power, made the first move in the game of the final tournament for the world championship called World War III of a new hybrid type (in the design: white moves first and wins).

This was the Ryabkov Ultimatum, with the Kremlin's demand to the leadership of the USA and NATO to provide "security guarantees": and if you do not respond, "we will respond with military and military-technical means." Russia's "deliberately unacceptable" demands on the West were rejected. On 24.02.22, in the Ukrainian theater of operations, Russia launched a Special Military Operation to defend the Donbas (a counterstrike for the purpose of self-defense). However, over two years the SMO turned into a positional war of attrition – a chess zugzwang.

By the summer of 2024, NATO's confrontation with Russia had taken on an existential character, as noted by the NATO summit in Washington on 09–11.07.24: Russia was declared the main threat to the alliance's countries, to the deterrence and countering of whose aggression all future efforts are devoted.

At the same time, the alliance assured that it does not seek confrontation and escalation of hostilities.

In the alignment of the Great Game for the round of 2021-2024, it is enough for the planner behind the scenes to secure a "strategic defeat" of Putin's Long State. The essence is that the Russian Federation loses not at chess, but at cards.

In the worldview of Sky Politics there is no multipolarity whatsoever. International relations look like a round card table of history, at which the Great Game of six world projects is played. In other words, in this model of interrelations what is at issue is players, trumps, and card alignments, not poles of power and lines of force.

The dynamics of the players' interrelations are subject to what has been known to the Chinese since antediluvian times as the law of change in the linkages of three forces. Indeed, the architect of the "Chinese miracle," Deng Xiaoping, was chairman for life of the all-China association of lovers of the card game of bridge.

In the first variant of the relationship: if two forces are active and the third is passive, then the linkage of forces turns in favor of the force in the passive position. The Chinese stratagem here looks like "the cunning monkey on the mountain watches the fight of two tigers in the valley." The monkey's goal is to pick up without a struggle the legacy of the tiger that loses the fight.

Thus, the Cold War between the USSR and the USA, in Chinese terminology, was a battle of two superpowers: US imperialism and USSR social-imperialism. The USA won the Cold War, but the benefit went to China, which rose to the level of a first-order power by absorbing the resources of the superpowers that had exhausted each other.

Now, in the active confrontation between Russia and NATO, the third force above the fray – the beneficiary of the play in the current round of the Great Game – is China with the project of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind, together with the project playing as China's partner: that of the masters of money matters with the three-thousand-year-old historical Jewish name "the Solomon Plan." The third force's winnings are a new currency world, as the outcome of WWIII of a new hybrid type.

In Sky Politics, being is the exchange of matter, energy, and information. And the accounting units of exchange are tied to the weight of gold. In pre-industrial society the main wealth was the yield of matter from the land: the green mass of the harvest, the number of livestock, the catch of fish. And wars were waged for territories of habitation.

In the departing industrial society the main wealth was the energy of fossil resources: coal, oil, gas, uranium. And wars were waged for energy resources.

In the coming information society the main wealth will be the keys to codes: civilizational, cultural, machine... And war has acquired a new hybrid type, in which the immaterial factors of mood have become more important than material ones.

Russia is successfully withstanding sanctions, its military power is beyond doubt, yet something is not going as intended, and songs of victory are not heard among the people, and art does not delight with masterpieces.

Thus the main victor of World War II (the war of motors) – US liberalism – in July 1944 at the United Nations Monetary and Financial Conference at Bretton Woods established a currency world based on the US dollar tied to gold, which then came to be exchanged for the main energy resource of industry, oil (the guarantee of the petrodollar's price was initially the Quincy Pact of 14.02.45 – on the US monopoly on Saudi oil).

Now the victors of WWIII of a new hybrid type, already in 2025, will impose on the information society a new currency world of new digital money, once again tied to the weight of gold.

That is, the dominant height of the main reserve digital currency in international settlements (instead of the US petrodollar) will be occupied by the world project with the largest gold reserve.

And this is the Chinese project of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind (人类命运共同体), where the unit of account of wealth will be the digital yuan, backed by a colossal gold reserve (approximately 30,000 tons of gold in vaults on the mainland, in Hong Kong, and in Taiwan).

The misfortune of the Russia that exists lies in the contradiction between the country's constitution, which in its fundamental law affirms all the main principles of liberalism, and the current anti-liberal doctrine of a Sovereign Conservative Power.

It is precisely this contradiction between the blue constitution and the Black-Hundred doctrine of the "restrainers" that blocks all attempts to create an image of Russia's victory, both in the strategic operation in the Ukrainian theater of operations and in general in the Third World War of a new hybrid type.

The removal of this contradiction is possible with the Kremlin's transition to a future-oriented civilizational project, Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde. With this project, the Russia that will be, by playing along with the reds – China and the Solomon Plan – in the endgame of the Great Game for primacy in the new currency world, will be able to take a place among the top three victors.
