ACADEMY OF DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT – INSTITUTE OF SKY POLITICS An interpretation of the symbol in the perspective of coming changes The paradox of the period of modern history beginning on 10.02.24 is the combination of the cosmic vibrations of the Year of the Green Dragon according to the Chinese calendar with the energies of a "parallel reality" generated in occult structures of order-type magic: Tibetan (Bon-po) and German (the Thule Society) mysticism, both bearing the same name "Green Dragon". According to the assessment of Sky Politics theorists, this paradox may lie at the foundation of the Planner's design behind the scenes regarding the practice of deploying the "Greater Eurasia" project with reliance on Russia. What is meant is that the project concepts nurtured beginning in the 16th century by British mystics and Kabbalists (John Dee, Edward Kelley: "Enochian magic", "Green Land") and in the 20th century substantiated by German land-based geopolitics (K. Haushofer, the Ahnenerbe, New Swabia, plus Tibetan legends about the underground kingdoms of Agartha and Shambhala): the essence is the secret designs of those behind the scenes concerning control of northern Eurasia (that is, Russia) now, in the Year of the Green Dragon – 2024, having caught the flood tide phase, to place it on the wave of the cosmic energies of the new era of the constellation Aquarius. Let me recall. In 2020, the mouthpiece of European conceptualists, President of the World Economic Forum in Davos K. Schwab, announced the "Great Reset" of existence into a new world order, carried out by the instruments of the fourth technological revolution, under the aegis of the Vatican (the black sun of the Jesuits) and London (Charles III Windsor). The essence of the project for Europe is the revenge of the black international with the displacement of liberalism by regimes of enlightened dictatorship. It is noteworthy that President of the Russian Federation Putin, who during his work in Germany absorbed in Dresden the "spirit of Schiller", at the online forum "Davos Agenda – 2021" uttered the phrase of recognition of European identity, friend/foe, from The Jungle Book by the prominent Freemason R. Kipling: "You and I are of one blood, Mr. Schwab." In other words, one can expect that with V. Putin's election to another presidential term (2024-2030), a correction of the regime will occur in Russia. When the political forces of the conservative Orthodox power (the heirs of the "Black Hundreds") push away from the levers of power the liberals from the "blue" ruling party "United Russia". And in the country an enlightened dictatorship of the leader-father will be consolidated: Rus' will for a short time be transformed into the long-predicted by seers "Kingdom of Truth – the domain of the white tsar". Putin has long declared that, by the mentality of the people, "Russia needs a tsar". But the figure of the "tsar" in Rus' symbolizes the sacred union of the ruler with the people, achieved by a sacral procedure in three stages: election to the throne, anointing to the throne, and crowning to the throne. Whereas the nationwide democratic elections of 17.03.24 will provide the elected president with supreme power only by law. That is why the Planner behind the scenes intends to bring about the transformation of the "long state of Putin" into the cherished "kingdom of truth" by a maneuver from liberalism into enlightened dictatorship, using the cosmic foundations of the Year of the Green Dragon. In Chinese mythology, there are nine dragons in the invisible world, just as there are nine angelic ranks in Christianity. The Green Dragon has the ordinal number 7 and is responsible for the formation of the processes of existence by the energies of a "parallel reality". Regarding the coming changes, Putin back in 2017 in Beijing at the "Belt and Road" forum declared that "Greater Eurasia is not an abstract geopolitical scheme, but, without any exaggeration, a civilizational project striving into the future". Thus, welcoming the Year of the Green Dragon in Russia, one can expect a transition from the project "Moscow – the Third Rome" to the project "Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde". And also, connected with the presidential elections, the deployment of a stratagem of reformatting the system of power, when the real beneficiary of the struggle of the state-minded ("black") against the liberals ("blue") turns out to be a third political force above the fray: the heirs of the Bolshevik-Leninists of our days along the line: Kuusinen – Andropov – Primakov – Fradkov – Kiriyenko (the "reds").
