The energy of movement of the year of the horse will pull forward the work of global transformation

On the day of the second new moon after the winter solstice – 17.02.26 – the world will enter the year of the red horse. A year of cosmic energies of a leap, capable of pushing forward the work of global transformation of industrial society into the coming information society.

Sky Politics – a bold military-political doctrine of time – perceives the cosmic energies filling the space of the trilateral relations of the RF – PRC – USA, in fullness and integrity of comprehensive security as the result of harmony: 和合共生. 

In the information society, the traditional sphere of security in terms of political sovereignty and defense sufficiency is filled with nontraditional for the departing industrial society, fresh aspects of food, energy, climate, genetic and digital invulnerability and resilience.

It was not a nature-like, contrived chimera of a multipolar world, depriving the RF of reliable navigation of its course and line of practical policy, that shoved the Kremlin into a tournament for the title of world champion in the simultaneous-game model on a multitude of chessboards. 

Providing the “great combinator” of this simultaneous game with who knows how many friendly and unfriendly players with a guiding theory (there is no register of the poles of a multipolar world) turned into a fog of the philosophy of complexity. Which is precisely the characteristic of the foreign policy of Putin’s Long State, conducted by the tandem: S. Lavrov (MFA) and Yu. Ushakov (Presidential Administration).

Since the time of the ancient Chinese strategist Sun Tzu it has been known that the pinnacle of the art of war is victory without the use of weapons.

In our time, the strategy of the victorious realization of the state-building of the PRC with the transition from the state of “chaos of warring kingdoms” first to a society of moderate well-being of the people by 2020 (xiaokang), and then to a society of great unity of the sub-celestial world around China by 2045 (datong) in the 80s – 90s of the 20th century was developed by strategists of the General Staff of the PLA Xiong Guangkai and Chi Haotian. They are the authors of the doctrine of victory by “soft power” in the “trilateral harmony” of relations among the world powers RF-PRC-USA. 

The concept of extending China's strategic borders beyond its national territory (1986) and the doctrine of global dominance "Three Norths. Four Seas" (1993) are threaded through with soft power.

The military diplomacy of the PRC's "soft power" was observed by Chief of the General Staff of the RF Armed Forces A. Kvashnin, RF Minister of Defence S. Ivanov, leader of the Russian Council on Foreign and Defence Policy S. Karaganov, and others.

What these observers failed to notice was how the stratagem (military ruse) of the ternary harmony of the world works through the soft power of sport, diplomacy, trade, language and culture in China's favour. 

The Chinese specificity of assessments of the "Cold War" between the two superpowers, the USSR and the USA, consisted in the fact that competition in hard power is not a guarantee of comprehensive security for the PRC, but an opportunity to leave active confrontation to the two champions of the policy of "strategic arms limitation", while themselves covering the rise of the PRC's aggregate power with the "soft power" of the image of a caring peacemaker and thus in the liabilities of the superpowers' arms race, to pull off the linkage of three forces in their own favour: (1+1)+0=0.

If one takes note of this simple formula of the law of change in the linkage of three forces, it becomes clear why the PRC did not participate and will not participate in the RF's talks with the USA on missile and nuclear matters (the notorious New START, whose term expired on 05.02.26).  

The year of the energy of movement of the red horse – 2026 – gives the Kremlin the opportunity to shift the balance of forces in the triangle by changing the RF's position from active (1) to passive (0). To do this, it is necessary to end the SMO in the Ukrainian theatre of operations and to renounce the Treaty on Good-Neighbourliness with the PRC, whose term expires on 16.07.26.

The point is that China plays not chess but cards on the international arena. Where moves go in a circle, while the players (and these are six world projects) form two coalitions, bargain over the order of the game, appoint trumps and play out hands in which New Russia has so far merely played along with the PRC, acting as the "dummy" in someone else's game.

In 2026, the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Chinese-Russian relations of partnership and strategic interaction is marked, as well as the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Moscow Treaty on Good-Neighbourliness, Friendship and Cooperation between the PRC and the RF. These milestones of Russian-Chinese relations of exceptional stability of friendship for a century also made the Kremlin a trusting "dummy", supporting (often blindly) the strategy of China's Great Game at the Card Table of history.

Sky Politics theorists have developed a technology for assessing this Great Game.

In all previous rounds (a round lasts four years), Russia did not lose if it acted as the third force in China's coalition with the masters of money matters of the Eternal Kingdom of Israel (London), playing against the coalition of the New Babylon of the transhumanists (New York), the World of Islam (Istanbul) and Great Europe (the Vatican).

In 2025, with Trump's arrival, the alignment of the Great Game changed. Now, in the Battle of world projects for seizing the future, D. Trump acts as the leader of the revenge of the project of the black international, whose conceptual centre is the Vatican. Whereas liberal Europe in the transhumanism project has merged with the democrats of the deep state of the American Illuminati.

The game for the 2025-2028 round was ordered by the black international (frontman Trump, in reality – the Vatican), in linkage with the World of Islam (the new pope, the American Leo XIV, made his first visit to Turkey to Erdoğan). The place of the third in this coalition of Trump has been left for Russia (here is the source of the Spirit of Anchorage, which was kindled on 15.08.25 in Alaska).

A visit by US President D. Trump to Beijing is planned for April 2026. Before the end of the year, Xi Jinping will visit America. Both sides of the constructive cooperation of the two great powers are highly active on questions of delimiting the economic zones of control of the new US Monroe Doctrine and the PRC's New Silk Road.

In order to take the position of an independent, self-reliant, equilateral angle resting on its own soft power in the triangle of PRC-RF-USA relations, the Kremlin must urgently replace the Treaty on Good-Neighbourliness with the PRC with a new treaty On the family of peoples of non-Western civilizations. In order to move out of the fetters of material interests of bilateral relations between states of different political systems with the RF's hidden dependence on China to the level of non-material bonds of the non-contradictory ethics of pre-schism Orthodoxy, the Islam of the heart, and Confucianism for the joint attainment of all-encompassing harmony 和合共生.
