Wars, however, end in peace. The well-informed Pope Francis confidently declared that the Third World War of a new hybrid type began in 2013. WWIII will end with the creation of a new currency world. The currency world of new digital money pegged to the weight of gold is the domain of the masters of monetary affairs. The year of launch into circulation is 2025. A special role in ensuring the stability of the new currency world, according to the design of the masters of monetary affairs, is to be played by the PRC and the RF with the introduction into circulation of the hidden reserves of world gold returned to their disposal. The new currency world must solve the task of financing the project of the Eternal Kingdom of Israel (the Solomon Plan) for the creation of the cherished “Kingdom of priests and a holy people.” The “House of Jacob” (the Jews) intends to “shepherd the peoples of the world according to the Covenant of the Most High” together with the project of creating the Community of Shared Future for Mankind (人类命运共同体), proposed by PRC leader Xi Jinping at the 18th CPC Congress in November 2012. The deadline for the transformation of Ukraine, according to the design of the planner of WWIII, arrived in 2024.

New Khazaria is intended to give the peoples of non-Western civilizations a source of sacredness of pure Judaism – the Torah of the Eternal Covenant for all peoples, without the Talmud of rules and restrictions for Jews. In the new currency world, New Khazaria, through the efforts of the masters of monetary affairs, must become the center of the new money of Greater Eurasia. The new money is a cipher pegged to gold. The implementation of the project of New Khazaria (Crimean California of the new era) is connected with the activity of the Israeli special service for the repatriation of Jews, “Nativ.” The former head of Nativ, Yakov Kedmi, on the state TV channel Russia-1 ten days after the start of the SMO, reproaching the leadership of the RF for incompetence, quietly outlined the borders of New Khazaria: “They didn’t take Kharkov, they didn’t take Odessa.” In other words, New Khazaria, as a fertile territory for the resettlement of Jews and subject to transformation with the money of those behind the scenes according to the planner’s design, must include the Republic of Crimea and the black-earth regions of the Black Sea region from Zaporozhye to Odessa. To manage this territory, Nativ has already prepared administrative cadres in Israel from among former Russian-speaking repatriates. Forcing the parties to the conflict to peace (primarily by the forces of the Vatican and China) and winding down the SMO in 2024 will lead to the demobilization of tens of thousands of servicemen of the RF Armed Forces and their return to their places of permanent residence. Where the contrast will immediately become apparent between the pay of monetary allowance during the SMO (204,000 rubles per month for rank-and-file soldiers) and the salary in the national economy (an order of magnitude lower). And also the contrast between the ethics of relations in the active army and the hypocrisy of the liberal government of democratic choice in the localities. In other words, the disappointment of the demobilized with the situation in civil society in the localities may serve as a motive for forming out of them a punitive political force for purging the elite, by analogy with what under Tsar Ivan the Terrible was called the oprichnina. An indication of drawing persons who have gone through the SMO into power in the localities has already been heard in the speeches of President Putin, elected to another term of rule.
