ACADEMY OF DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT – INSTITUTE OF SKY POLITICS Along the route of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind In the public consciousness of the countries and peoples of the world, the idea that "a prophet is not without honor except in his own country" has long been entrenched. And practice shows that a captivating dream with a bright and clear goal of change, capable of rousing a people to titanic accomplishments, seizes the minds and hearts of people with the energy of life, a tide from without. On the tide of the energy of the East in the 13th century, Rus’ adopted the foundations of the political system of the Golden Horde from the supra-confessional Unified State of Genghis Khan. With freedom of religion, Christian sacredness (connection with the invisible world) in Rus’ came from the Apostle Andrew the First-Called. The formula of obedience to the decrees of authority looked like this: "By the power of the Eternal Heaven, by the will of the Highest Trinity, my khan's word." Here the dogma is "God and the Holy Trinity," where the Power of Heaven is monotheistic, as in Judaism and Islam, and the Will of Heaven is the Christian Trinity, where "Jesus – King of Glory" for all descendants of the biblical Noah: Shem, Ham, and Japheth. On the tide of the energy of the West, beginning in the 16th century, the Russian schism occurred. Through the efforts of the Ukrainian hierarchs of the Greek faith of the "Second Rome" (Constantinople), the sacredness from Andrew was replaced by the sacredness from the Apostle Paul.

The West overcomes the East The Apostle Paul was not a disciple of Jesus. He was not present at the Mystical Supper of communion with the invisible world. The Holy Spirit did not descend upon him on the day of Pentecost. To the Apostle Paul belongs the doctrine of people's obedience to the church on earth triumphant. Thus, the Russian church, from a Scythian one (from the spirit of the Tents of Shem), became a Western, Byzantine-Pauline one (the reflecting soul of Japheth), at whose head is not the King of Glory, but "Jesus the Nazarene, King of the Jews" (I.N.R.J.). For reference: the sacredness of the Catholics of the "First Rome" comes from the Apostle Peter. In the Gospel of Matthew it is said: "And I tell you, you are Peter (rock), and on this rock I will build My Church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it" (Mt 16:18). From the West, the ideology of communism also came to Rus’ in the 19th century. In the 1848 Manifesto of the Communist Party by Marx and Engels, "a specter of communism haunted Europe," and it materialized in Russia. Then, at the end of the 20th century, with "perestroika," Russia was overcome by the ideas of Western liberalism. However, at the beginning of the 21st century, the energy of the West turned to ebb. A new epoch arrived with the tide of the energy of the East. For Rus’, a period of "returning to its own circles" into the family of peoples of non-Western civilizations began. The Planner behind the scenes of the world arena (Jewish Kabbalists) announced the project "Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde." Just as in the Unified State of Genghis Khan, where the Ulus of the Great Khan – China of the Yuan dynasty – was the stronghold of the family of continental peoples "from sea to sea," so now, in the new epoch of the energy of the East, the core of the creation of the Unified State of the "Community of Shared Future for Mankind" (共同构建人类命运共同体) is located in Beijing. The Chinese specificity of the joint creation of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind is its continuity from the red project "communism – the bright future of all mankind." The source of the red project, however, lies in the Essene branch of the Judaic faith, covertly represented in the project of the "millennium of the Sabbath" of the Eternal Kingdom of Israel (the biblical Solomon Plan). Sky Politics examines the dynamics of the development of international relations according to the model of the Great Game at the card table of history. There are six players – active world projects. At the same time, the Chinese project with the historical name "Datong" (Great Unity of the Center with the outskirts) and the Solomon Plan play into each other's hands (color red), whereas the dispossessed New Russia of democratic choice (color blue), having lost the red ideological core with the collapse of the USSR and having renounced state ideology in its constitution, acts as the "dummy" in someone else's game. The opponents: the Transhumanism of the USA, the Vatican with the great reset into inclusive capitalism, and the world of radical Islam (the color of holy war "jihad" – black). Among Sky Politics theorists, in the methodology for assessing the situation of the Great Game at the card table of history, the round of 2021-2024 is now being played out, where the game of trumps by the masters of money matters was ordered by the "Eternal Kingdom of Israel" with its place of application of force in the City of London. In 2025 there will be a redeal of the cards, a new layout, and a new bargaining for the order of the game. By the signs, the game for the round of 2025-2028 will be ordered by China. It is noteworthy that in 2028 the control deadline of "this age" according to the Solomon Plan comes due. In 1995 the rabbinate of Orthodox Jews declared: Jews! The Mashiach (deliverer) has already come (been born). The time of the Eternal Kingdom of Israel is approaching, when the House of Jacob will shepherd the peoples of the world like countless flocks according to the Covenant of the Most High (1995 + 33 [the age of Christ] = 2028). According to the design of the Planner (the Solomon Plan), in 2025 the global transformation will acquire the form of a new monetary world. In 2015, the mouthpiece of the Planner, the London magazine The Economist, published a scheme for accounting for wealth using blockchain technology, laid out into four world trusts (alienated registries of property) with different transfer ratios of tangible and intangible assets. From the scheme it is evident that the hub of the machine of capital circulation will be cryptocurrencies pegged to gold. And the essence of the new economy is expressed by the motto: "In blockchain we Trust" (we trust no longer in God, but in the chain of blocks of digital information as a registry of transactions). The timeframe for organizing the new monetary world was indicated in 2015 by the phrase "golden decade" (2015-2025), recorded in the documents of Xi Jinping's state visit to London. It can be assumed that by the time of the legal formalization of the trusts in 2025 the trustors – the heads of state and government – must have the lawful authority to sign over the transfer of assets into the management of those behind the scenes in the interests of the benefit of all the peoples of their trust. That is why the 2024 elections of representatives of regular authority in the leading countries of the world (RF, USA, EU, India, Iran, etc.) are important. Of fundamental importance for the red project is the change of the regime of liberalism in Russia. It is quite likely that in 2024 it may be carried out according to the stratagem applied in 2000 when Putin was brought into power instead of Yeltsin, following the scheme of transferring power in two stages through the post of Chairman of the Government. Russia is a country of the first person, and in the cultural code of the people, free democratic elections as in the West are impossible in the "Muscovite Tsardom," however much the liberals might wish otherwise.

Operation Successor Supreme state power is too serious a matter to be entrusted to a vote of the people. Therefore, the transfer of power in the Russian Federation to a new ruler is planned and carefully coordinated inside the country and abroad by the current Presidential Administration. In 2024, the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation (headed by A. Vaino, first deputy S. Kiriyenko) is led by the heirs of the old party clans of the red project. They are carrying out the transformation of power according to the templates of the Planner, and one can be certain that the black project Great Conservative Power (the concept of the line of philosophers I. Ilyin – A. Dugin) will by no means pass. It is quite obvious that V. Putin will win the Russian presidential election in March 2014. However, Putin, an adherent of the ideas of I. Ilyin and a supporter of the Vatican line for the revenge of the black international (“You and I are of one blood”), cannot become the leader of the red line of the transfiguration of Rus’ according to the Covenant of the Most High, but by the natural course of things merely completes the stage of liberalism in Russia. After the Russian presidential election, according to the constitution, the Russian government resigns. The elected president, at his discretion, appoints a new chairman of the government. Here the possibility opens up for a change of regime according to the Yeltsin scheme of transferring power. In 2000, when, handing over power to his successor, Yeltsin said to Putin: “I am tired. I am leaving. Take care of Russia,” he was 69 years old. In 2024, Putin will turn 72. And it will cause no surprise if V. Putin says the same words to the new chairman of the Russian government whom he appoints: “I am tired. I am leaving. Take care of Russia.” Then, according to the constitution, the premier will become acting president and, within no later than 6 months, will call new elections. With these elections, before the outcome of 2024, Putin’s Long State will come to an end. In this way the transition of Rus’ from the project Moscow – Third Rome (bowing before the West) to the project Greater Eurasia – Third Horde (reliance on one’s own forces) may take place. Greater Eurasia The next task in implementing the Greater Eurasia project will be the accelerated expansion and reformatting of the Union State of Russia and Belarus through the admission of republics – heiresses of the USSR. The plan for concluding the Special Military Operation in Ukraine is also connected with the creation of USSR-2. A marker of the growth of anti-war sentiment in Russian society, especially among young people, is the phenomenon of collecting signatures for the Russian presidential candidate B. Nadezhdin. In fact, Nadezhdin personifies the blue liberal opposition to the black line of the Russian Z-patriots. And the combination of the red color with the blue in the design of change forms the purple color of Eurasianism. The red color of brotherhood with the blue color of freedom gives the purple of the spirit of truth The direction of further actions in the joint creation around China of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind will be the integration of the peoples of non-Western civilizations – the heirs of the Single State of Genghis Khan and Stalin’s Socialist camp – within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). The guarantee of success here will be the buildup of the aggregate power of the PRC and the country’s reaching the milestones of realizing the Chinese dream in 2035 (full technological independence) and in 2045 (completion of the modernization of a socialist power of the first order). The chimera of a multipolar world will collapse. Countries and peoples will again divide into a Coalition of harmony and love for humanity around China and an Alliance of democracy around the USA, striving toward transhumanism. The anthropological transition to transhumanism is scheduled for 2045 As for Rus’, after its transfiguration into the “Kingdom of truth,” it is called in the family of peoples to take the place of the wise elder sister.
