On the war of meanings and nerves of the new epoch

The new epoch of the information society differs from the departing epoch of the industrial society in that the non-material aspects of Being, such as the exchange of matter, energy and information, are pushed to the forefront of the factors of people's vital activity.

An indicator of the changes is the Third World War of a new hybrid type (it began in 2013 as a clash between the World of Islam and the World of the West in a "holy war" (jihad) of the state of Iraq and the Levant with a coalition of the heirs of Rome) in which the mental factors of life are increasingly clearly making the war of meanings and nerves the main content of the continuation of politics by violence.

In the war of meanings, the weapons of mass destruction of the minds and hearts of peoples are the sacred (connected with the shrines of the invisible world) motives of seizing the future by world projects of building a new world order (there are six of them).

A powerful factor of defeat in the war of nerves is fear, instilled by the mass media.

An effective means of generating fear is terror.

From the point of view of the history of wars and military art, terrorists are the younger brothers of partisans conducting sabotage activity on the enemy's communications with the aim of disorganizing his rear.

Unlike partisans, terrorists are bandits, and the aim of terrorist acts has no direct military significance, but consists exclusively in generating fear among the population and in managing the behavior of decision-makers through the natural reflexes of their psyche. 

However, the methods of terror (secrecy, reliance on accomplices on the ground, surprise attacks, bombings, ambushes) are analogous to partisan warfare. 

The practice of the art of war shows that a high-tech army cannot overcome a partisan war. Thus, a nuclear power with missiles and B-52 strategic bombers could not cope with the Vietcong partisans for nine years and lost the war in Vietnam. The reason for the defeat of the USA is the asymmetry of the means and methods of military operations on the theater of war with partisans.

In our time, something similar is observed in the Special Military Operation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, when the Aerospace Forces of Russia are confronted by cheap, slow, low-flying UAVs, and terrorist acts in public places (Crocus City Hall 22.03.24), the killings of staff generals in Moscow and bombings on transport are an asymmetric war of weapons and an outright war of nerves. 

It can be said that the drone danger from the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the European part of the Russian Federation, including Moscow and St. Petersburg, which has become constant, has buried the theme of security, as the root cause of the conflict in the Ukrainian theater of operations (see Ryabkov's Ultimatum 15.12.21).

Strikes by Ukrainian UAVs on a scheduled Moscow–Simferopol bus in the Donbas (03.06.26), on a Moscow–Simferopol passenger train in Crimea (06.06.26) and on the bridge in the Chongar area ("Dzhankoy" checkpoint 09.06.26) took on a clear terrorist character – they sowed fear.

The movement of transport and passenger trains to and from Crimea is either suspended or carried out according to temporary schemes.

The Republic of Crimea, due to the actual danger on the railways and roads, is increasingly experiencing a state of being cut off from Russia.

Terrorist drone attacks on civilian transport have no direct military significance – this is a form of violence through fear, asymmetric to the Zircons, Kinzhals, Avangards and Oreshniks.

Whereas the pinnacle of military art is victory without the use of weapons at all. And here the diplomacy of the Americanists Lavrov \ Ushakov with the chimera of multipolarity, where friendly Tanzania at the SPIEF has no effect whatsoever on the victory of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation of a new look.

The regime of constant terrorist danger from Ukrainian UAV attacks on targets deep inside Russia, and especially on oil refining infrastructure, pipelines, and ports, causes frustration with the "now-holding" old views on the tactics of slowly squeezing out the AFU by frontal assault along all operational directions of the Ukrainian theater of operations.

In military thought it has long been known:

Tactics without strategy is a bustle before defeat.

In military thought it is also known that a war of terror can be overcome only by an ideologically cohesive mass people's army, which as a result of the military reform in the New Russia no longer exists.

There is no mobilization resource for a contract army of a new look. Nor is there a clear image of victory in a hybrid war of a new type
