Should all the cards be revealed?

When in August 2000, immediately after assuming the post of the second president of the Russian Federation, a modest sign appeared in the corridors of the Kremlin reading Organizing Committee "Victory", one could immediately have thought that this was about a plan for a change of regime: Yeltsin's state was gradually to be replaced by Putin's state.

And so it happened: the liberal free-for-all was taken under control by the federal protection and state security services, away from the guarantor of the Constitution of the New Russia of democratic choice.

However, the "tectonic processes of global transformation," the threats of a Third World War of a new hybrid type, and the challenges of the new era of the information society, by the natural course of things, brought "Putin's Long State" to the threshold of transferring power to the grown-up generation of successors of the aged team of foremen of "sovereign democracy." The heirs of the defeated liberal state of Yeltsin diligently denounced this "old folks' home" (those over 70) as the helmsmen of the "party of crooks and thieves."

The midwife of the old regime of sovereign conservatism, pregnant with a new civilizational project striving toward the future, "Greater Eurasia," was Russia's Special Military Operation on the European theater of war. Where hybrid war served as an instrument for breaking down outdated, obsolete social orders, clearing the way for the emergence of qualitatively new forms under the cherished name of the Transfiguration of Rus' into the Kingdom of Truth. 

Striving toward the future requires innovation: enthusiastic innovators, not traditionalist retrogrades. And so, in the generation of heirs of Putin's Long State, there appeared champions of translating innovation into practice. The non-state institute for the development of human capital in Russia, led by V. Putin's daughter Ekaterina Tikhonova, is called "Innopraktika."

The challenges of the new era and the activity of the innovators brought the older generation of power and business, including the systemic opposition (KPRF, SR, LDPR), into a state of strategic confusion. 

The stubborn ones call for escalation of hostilities and continuation of the SMO until Kyiv's unconditional capitulation. The realists, against the backdrop of growing problems in the Russian economy, damage to fuel infrastructure (oil refineries), and the ubiquitous "drone danger," are working toward the swift conclusion of the SMO. The visionaries, meanwhile, advocate the creation of a techno-economic bloc under Russia's security umbrella. The vectors of effort in the "old folks' home" are multidirectional.

Meanwhile, the war of a new type, in which the SMO on the Ukrainian theater of operations is only part of organized violence, is clearly bringing to power in the Russian Federation a generation of heirs of "blue sovereign democracy," which, in order to buy time and stay at the helm until the paradigm shift of the new era of the fourth technological revolution (with "red" Chinese characteristics), will even go for a new "obscene" Brest Peace with the Hasidic-revanchist black international.

A characteristic of the strategic confusion of the elite that currently exists in Russia is the thoroughgoing Americanism and Eurocentrism of its analysis, in the absence of Chinese studies as a system of knowledge and, accordingly, a complete misunderstanding and proud ignoring of what is happening in China. 

While the Kremlin grandmasters reproduce Zb. Brzezinski's model of the Grand Chessboard, the Chinese sages and the masters of money matters in London sit at the Card Table of history and together beat Russia at a different game.

At chess the Kremlin players win, taking control of the "board" on the squares of Bakhmut, Avdeevka, Konstantinovka, losing pawns, exchanging pieces, advancing forward, but this is still not the endgame of the match.

But at cards the Kremlin players are clearly losing, giving away tricks: resources to China (oil, gas, coal, timber, grain), financial profit to London.

With the interpretation of the root cause of the Russian Federation's military conflict with Ukraine, things are worse for the Kremlin propagandists. The official position: "the root cause is well known." At first, moreover, the story was about preventing NATO expansion, then it shifted to the hardships of the Russian-speaking Donbas, and now, in the fifth year, it comes down to goodness knows what, since the demilitarization of Ukraine has not taken place.

But when Sky Politics shows that the root cause of the conflict is irremovable and was laid bare during the collapse of the USSR (June 12 – now a state holiday: the Day of Russia's independence from Ukraine), propaganda, by muddling the sequence of events, "knocks the sights" of the attention of the masses away from the design of "perestroika" onto the consequences of the "greatest catastrophe of the 20th century."

In the Planner's design, the Organizing Committee "Victory" is occupied with eliminating the consequences of this geopolitical catastrophe: assembling the peoples of Greater Eurasia into a confederation – the Union of Free Sovereign Republics (USSR-2). And it is toward this assembly, having absorbed "Schiller's spirit" in Dresden, that Supreme Commander-in-Chief V. Putin is quietly pushing.
