On the Spirit that fills time

In Sky Politics, the sacrality of the invisible world is the Power of Heaven and the Will of Heaven, manifested in the "sacred awe of the soul at the thought of the starry sky above our heads and the moral law within us."

The summit of sacrality in Sky Politics is the anointment to the kingdom and the coronation to the kingdom of a ruler by the Spirit of Truth.

The sacrality of the sacrament of anointment and coronation to the kingdom is hidden in the phenomenon of glory. "Reign for glory, Orthodox Tsar. Reign for glory, for glory to us," was sung in the anthem of the Russian Empire.

In theology, the "Father of glory" is the Most High. Glory in the radiance of holiness is His divine presence. Its essence is the manifestation of the Power of Heaven.

The "King of glory" is Christ in the second glorious coming.

Anointment to the kingdom is a rite of imparting to the monarch the seals of the Spirit, necessary for serving the people according to righteousness.

The gift of the Spirit of Truth can also be transmitted through ordination as the apostolic succession of grace.

The sacred union of the ruler with the people occurs by grace in a triunity: power – glory – right.

Under democracy, the ruler's right to power is acquired by the law on elections.

The descent of the Spirit is manifested in the miracles of nature and society.

The best confirmation of the descent of the Spirit in society is "glory in the radiance of holiness" – this is precisely sacrality.

To acquire Glory – to become glorified – means to obtain either the Spirit of Truth from Heaven (Chinese Shen) or the spirit of victory from the earth (Chinese Jing).

Let us turn to the Orthodox prayer that calls upon the Spirit of Truth.

Interpretation: Heavenly King (invisibly reigning over the world), Comforter (coming to help, Defender and Guide), Spirit of Truth, everywhere present and filling all things with His presence, Treasure of grace and Giver of life, come and dwell in me, and cleanse me from all that is evil and save, O gracious one, our souls.

Understanding of meanings is achieved by comparison with another, that is, one exact translation from the Greek original is not enough, and completeness requires comparing biblical meanings with non-biblical ones.

In the Chinese tradition, the pictographic character for Grace – De in its ancient form depicts movement (a step) toward attaining the waves of the all-pervading Way of Heaven – Dao, through the senses (the eye) descending into the human heart.

In the Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic, life is obtained from the union of Grace from Heaven (De) with energy from Earth (Qi). But also the "souls" in a human being are two: the animal (Po) and the rational (Hun).

Lermontov's poet-prophet remarked on this account: "There is a feeling of truth in the heart of man – the holy grain of eternity."

From the standpoint of science, one may suppose that the Spirit of Truth has a wave nature. Possibly these are omnidirectional gravitational waves emanating from the center of the Milky Way galaxy, penetrating the depths of the material world ("Who art everywhere present and fillest all things"). The existence of such waves is recognized by science; their physical nature is as yet unknown. These waves act as a catalyst for the birth – the induction of vibrations of the living ("Giver of life") and the preservation of the rational soul for eternal life ("and save, O Good One, our souls").

Thus, to acquire the Spirit of Truth means to attain resonance with the Will of Heaven (in Orthodoxy: "by the Will of the Supreme Trinity").

To acquire the spirit of victory means to accomplish a feat on Earth:
"Give blood and receive the spirit."

The feat of the spirit is immortalized – from the earth, by crosses for Christianity (Christ lived on earth and was crucified on a cross) or by stars, as in the sky, for other systems of views on the nature of Glory.

Glory is bestowed by the muse of history through monuments of culture: hymns, odes, paintings, monuments, temples – that is, works of art.

"I have erected a monument to myself not made by hands; the people's path to it will not be overgrown," – so the poet Pushkin assessed his contribution to history.

By itself, a ruler's power or material wealth does not give glory. Glory across generations is attained only posthumously. And only in forms of fixation of immaterial essences. Here is immortality.

The charity of the rich in the sphere of art (the Tretyakov Picture Gallery), honorary titles and prizes in science, akathists (songs of praise) to venerable saints in religion.

In the information society, the immaterial essences of life and humanity acquire paramount significance. Hence the priority role of seizing the future through wave resonance technologies of acquiring the Spirit, and the auxiliary, utilitarian role of digitalization, artificial intelligence, robotics, genetic engineering, augmented reality, and other aspects of the NBIC convergence. The inoculation of the Spirit occurs through wave resonance.

Sky Politics, as the doctrine of time filled with spirit, complements geopolitics, as the doctrine of space filled with energies, in that it focuses attention on the designing and constructing of the spiritual foundations of the life of the age to come.

Humanity on Earth lives in the rhythms of the galaxy – 13\20, of the solar system – 12\60, and of the Earth's own rotation – 11\100.

These wave ratios are fixed in calendars: 11\100 – the Gregorian, 12\60 – the Chinese, 13\20 – the galactic Mayan.

To acquire the Spirit of Truth means to break out of the rhythms of earthly (11\100) and near-earth (12\60) finitude and, through fervent prayer, to find the resonance of the "heart" with the rhythms of infinite cosmos (13\20). Or else, by technologies of altering the structure of water with 13\20 vibrations, to modulate water as a carrier of "waves of life" down to the cells of the body.

If Russia shows humanity the resonance technologies of acquiring the Spirit, it will become a mentor to countries and peoples in the new era of the information society. This concerns the "keys to heaven" that have been preserved in pre-schism Andreev Christianity.

The form of fixing the immaterial essences of what will be on the political horizon of humanity's imminent anthropological transition into the life of the age to come (2045) in Sky Politics, with metaphysical optimism, is the idea of the Temple of the muse of history who grants glory – the Museum of Constructing the Future.
