What the Planner's cryptogram says to Sky Politics theorists

The mouthpiece of the planner of the world project of Kabbalist Jews, the London magazine The Economist, published a rebus "The World in 2025." The decoding of this message from the bearers of the three-thousand-year-old "Solomon Plan" from the standpoint of Sky Politics looks like this:

The top of the imaginary "tree of sefirot" (emanation of the energies of the "crown") on the cryptogram is occupied by the symbol of Saturn. In astrology, Saturn is the supreme judge of time and deeds, the giver and cutter-off of life, the devourer of its own offspring.

Saturn's orbital period around the Sun is 29.5 years. Saturn passes through each sign of the Zodiac in 2-3 years (this is the duration of its influence).

In the Saturn cycle in the USSR, the change of the ruling elite took place in the form of "cutting off the top":

The Planner's cryptogram for 2025 also has a global scale. Let us attempt to interpret what it is about.
