Introduction to the political theology of the new epoch

In the most concise definition of the basic terms:

• Geopolitics is political geography. Sky Politics is political theology.
• Geopolitics is the doctrine of space. Sky Politics is the doctrine of time.
• Space is filled with energies. Time is filled with spirit.
• Time is threefold as duration (Greek chronos), order of succession (Greek cyclos), and moment of fortune (Greek kairos).
• Spirit is threefold as the Spirit of Truth, the spirit of victory, and fighting spirit.

The biblical promise of a new heaven and a new earth, on which righteousness dwells, the symbol of Christians' faith in the life of the age to come, and the concept of the science of the anthropological transition in the mid-21st century from Homo sapiens to Homo cogno, Sky Politics understands as follows:

• The new heaven is the already-arrived cosmic epoch of the energies of the constellation Aquarius.
• The new earth is being born in the tectonic processes of global transformation – this is the coming new world order of the information society.
• The righteousness of the life of the age to come is human-first cogno technologies of the quantum-resonance transition of people's consciousness into a new reality (the invisible world will become visible).

Politics is the question of power in the formulation: we ourselves – our enemies – our allies. Power is acquired both from the earth and from heaven.

Power from the earth can be lawful, unlawful, and sacred.

Lawful power is the union of the ruler with the people through elections. In democracies it is divided into legislative, executive, and judicial.

Unlawful power is usurped by violent seizure, intrigues, or palace coups.

Sacred power is acquired by election to the throne, anointing to the throne, and crowning to the throne.

Power from heaven is the Leader-Father of peoples, who unites in one person spiritual, secular, and military power. 

It is acquired either by a victor in a bloody war, or by a leader of a social revolution, or by a peacemaker. 

Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God (Matt. 5:9).

The domain of Sky Politics is power from heaven.

The foundation of power from heaven is contained in the preamble of the decrees of the khans of the Golden Horde: "By the Power of the Eternal Heaven, by the will of the Highest Trinity, my khan's word" …

That is, the source of supranational and supraconfessional power in the uluses of the Unified State of Genghis Khan was the power of heaven (the Scourge of God) and the will of heaven (the triune commanding function).

The symbol of heaven is the circle. In Heaven there are spheres. The unfolding of a circle onto a plane yields a wave. A wave is the mode of propagation of radiant energy: visible (light) and invisible (spirit). The wave is threefold – it is amplitude, frequency, phase. Therefore the commanding Will of Heaven is also threefold.

The triunity of the Will of Heaven allows us to suppose that its influence on people's behavior occurs through the wave resonance of the vibrations of the Spirit of Truth with the vibrations of heartbeats. The interference of the waves of these vibrations creates the commanding effect of heaven, for the "master oscillator" of the spirit in its influence on people's hearts is primary.

There is a hypothesis that "the Heavenly King, the Spirit of Truth, the Giver of life" – fills everything and everyone by means of gravitational waves of enormous penetrating power, whose omnidirectional source is located at the center of the Milky Way galaxy.

Science does not yet know what gravity is. The phenomenon of gravity is known, and gravitational waves have been detected. However, the graviton is still a hypothetical massless elementary particle – a quantum of the gravitational field without any charge, the carrier of quantum-resonance (wave) interaction. 

Could it be that gravitational waves are "the Spirit of truth, who is everywhere present and fills all things, the treasure of good things and the Giver of life"?

Could it be that the resonance of gravitational waves with the vibrations of inanimate nature gives rise to a third thing – that which is called life?

In the new epoch of the information society, the problem has arisen of coupling the human mind and artificial intelligence.

The resolution of this problem may proceed along the path of transhumanism (stepping over the human) or along the path of an expanded state of consciousness (the enlightenment of the human).

Transhumanists already explain: the people of the new epoch are the transition from biological man to cybernetic man, with a subsequent complete departure from biology to the computer. Cyborgs are more resilient (they can conquer space). They are less demanding; they need only energy, they do not need food.

Evolutionists, on the other hand, believe that above the pair—natural intelligence \ artificial intelligence—a superposition will emerge: a "human-primary" result of the interference of the vibrations of the mind with AI, brought about by guidance from the will of people.

A new entity will appear, free from the "curtains" of natural intelligence. And without the curtains that this third new reality will draw back, the world invisible will be opened to spirited creatives.

Figuratively speaking, the biocomputer of the mind will be cleansed of viruses and malicious programs, thanks to which it will reach a fundamentally different mode of performance!

The main point. If the commanding function of Heaven has a wave nature, then one can attune to it by a resonant response to a signal from man. This signal is called the "call of the heart," and its falling into resonance with Heaven is the "descent of grace."

"The Spirit breathes where it wills," but in order for the "Spark of God" of the Spirit of Truth from Heaven to leap into the heart, a "conductive" medium of the call of the heart is needed. Such a medium is created by a prayerful disposition from the wisdom of Sophia in the forms of faith, hope, and love.

There are also other magical practices of "quantum-resonant" interaction of human consciousness with the cosmos, which respond with the delight of revelation—"eureka!"—and expand human creative abilities. But even in magic, what is at issue is the Spirit of Truth.

To raise a wave of the Spirit of Victory from the earth, one must generate an impulse that launches the pull of a traveling wave of passion. The shock wave of a tsunami is launched by the jolt of an earthquake. The impulse to launch the wave of passion is born of the signal of the "voice of blood"—a furious wave of resistance will boil up only in harmony with the cultural code of a people.

Fighting spirit is the psychic state of people that arises where blood is shed. "Give blood and receive spirit."

The administrative functions of power from the earth do not touch the sanctities of the spirit and are limited only by the interests of the body. 

To govern the spirit of a people and to possess the values of its soul is the function of power from Heaven.

1. Power from Heaven is personified by the "King of Truth" (Father of Peoples).

In the ethics of Sky Politics, the mystical grace of the Spirit is distinguished from love (mercy) and the light of Truth (enlightenment) and is combined with the fearsomeness of punishment (retribution). The triunity of the grace of the Spirit in mercy, enlightenment, and threat is manifested virtue.

Virtue acts as authority (glory) and as a beneficent, instructive, and transforming influence (power).

The transforming influence of the grace of the Spirit on earth is personified by the King of Truth (Father of Peoples). The King of Truth manifests by his authority as bearer of beneficent power and by his status as Judge; demonstrates by personal example, wisdom, and the teachings of a Father; and spreads virtue by the designs, decrees, and military feats of a Leader. The King of Truth is a triune "Leader–Father" in the hypostases of Priest (interpreter of the truth of good and evil), Judge (dispenser of the function of justice), and Warrior (one who executes retribution by force of arms). This is the "sage on the throne," the "philosopher-sovereign," or the "enlightened dictator." He personifies virtue as glory. The coming King of Truth crowns spiritual, secular, and military power, whereas the president of the rule-of-law state of the departing era of industrialism crowns the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of power.

The submissive, touching, and reverent response of man and of the whole people to the actively manifested virtue of the Leader-Father (mercy, instruction, punishment of evil, and suppression of disorder by force) will be broad sincerity, loyalty, honesty, trust, and obedience. Sincerity is the expression of truth. And truth, as a rule, is bitter. "Truth stings the eyes." Sincerity, by its truth, disarms cunning. If there is sincerity, then understanding is possible. And the result of understanding will be the transformation of people's consciousness: the inclination of their hearts toward truth, repentance for sins, and care for family, habitat, neighbors near and far.

In the myths and tales of the Russian and especially the non-Russian peoples of Russia, according to many prophecies and predictions of seers, Russia in the pre-final times of "this age" will for a short time, about 12 years (now: 2021-2032), be transformed into a "Kingdom of Truth" with the foretold name "Realm of the White Tsar."

An interpretation of the Old Testament Book of the Prophet Daniel allows us to say that the pre-final times ("the last days of wrath") began in 1967, when the Temple Mount in Jerusalem again passed under the control of the State of Israel. And the "King of Truth" (White Tsar) was already born in 1959. This man of outstanding intuition and deep wisdom must be called to the throne by the top leadership of the multinational country and will become the forerunner of the "second glorious coming" of the Savior of the world, introducing into political practice the "Universal Law of the Universe" (the universal standard of triune harmony).

According to the assertions of the rabbinate of the Hasidim, Mashiach (also known as Mahdi, also known as Christ, also known as the Anointed One, also known as the Messiah, also known as the Herald of the "age to come" and the "end of this world") was already born in 1995 and must manifest at the age of 33 (1995 + 33 = 2028) in the "Glorious Coming."

By many signs, the "new heaven and new earth, in which righteousness dwells" foretold by Holy Scripture (2 Peter 3:13) will arrive in 2040-2044. In modern terminology, this event is called the "anthropological transition."

That is why the "White Kingdom of Truth" in Russia, whose ethics and practice are set forth by Sky Politics, is called upon, amid the mirages of the cunning philosophizing of those who "restrain" the orders of "this age," to become a beacon on the path of peoples into the "kingdom of the age to come," which will already have no end.

1. The Virtue of the King of Truth

In order to govern (establish and maintain order), one must possess a penetrating power of virtue sufficient to achieve the goal. In the King of Truth this power manifests through his personal abilities: first, to believe in himself. Then to discern the signs of the times (the time to act); then to determine his place in the chain of succession of power; and then, on the wave of beneficent power, to cultivate the harmony of the world. One way or another, the first impulse must come from the person. The power of virtue of the King of Truth is consubstantial with the life-giving power of Heaven, for it passes to him wondrously from the higher powers, as a resonance (a copy). Which is, in essence, power from Heaven. At the same time, the King of Truth acquires miraculous abilities not automatically by virtue of office, but only in the case of personal activity in striving to acquire (to emulate, copy, embody) the virtuous power of Heaven and, like a Father, with love and severity to realize the Higher Law of Heaven (the will of Heaven) in the officials (the vertical) and the people (the horizontal). The King of Truth in the dignity of his virtue is equal to the level of the virtue of Heaven, acting as the closest collaborator and a direct channel of beneficent influence from above downward. The acquisition of the Spirit by the King of Truth (contact with Heaven) occurs as a resonant response to his filial reverence for Heaven (the Universal Law of the Universe) and his highest sincerity in virtue (in mercies, enlightenment, and severity toward officials and the people).

1. Heaven's Response to the Virtue of the King of Truth

If the King of Truth, through the demonstration of reverence for the invisible higher powers and the spirits of the ancestors (Heaven), as well as through virtue toward his subjects (Earth), has managed to establish contact with Heaven, then Heaven, through good signs (calm of nature, high harvests, the wondrous discovery of a symbolic object), sends confirmation of the presence in him of beneficent power. Heaven knows no kinship relations; it helps only beneficent power. An aristocrat of the spirit can be any person. "The kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it" (Lk 16:17).

At the same time, Heaven's help is indifferent to blood relations, but is rendered only as a resonant amplification of the power of the Spirit initially manifested by the King of Truth who has believed in himself. The acquisition of the resonant-wave support of the "heavenly spheres" is what makes the King of Truth a king. The loss of dignity by the King of Truth leads to the loss of his beneficent power and entails an inability to govern, the collapse of the apparatus, and the disruption of peace among the people. To the erroneous actions of a ruler Heaven responds with warnings – with menacing or wondrous natural phenomena or with a crisis in society. If there is no corrective reaction, then misfortunes become inevitable and lead to the destruction of both the "king" and the "kingdom."

1. Correspondence to the Processes of Evolution in the Movement of the Universe

Force acts. Therefore, within the universe, the characteristic of a beneficent life force will be its correspondence to the current state of the world order: to the energy (amplitude), the time (frequency), and the movement (phase) of history. In other words: to the greatness of Earth and the will of Heaven. A ruler's awareness of the urgent requirements of earthly progress precisely in accordance with the phase of the cycle – the ebb or flow of the energy of the Cosmos – makes him most wise, for it ensures the absence of opposition to his decrees. The essence: only the correspondence of the ruler's edifying and transforming influence (virtue) upon officials and the people to the natural evolutionary course of things in nature (the greatness of Earth), as well as to the phase of revolution in the circulation of the energies of the Cosmos (the will of Heaven), gives the ruler greatness in the history of men. Through such correspondence to the world order, the ruler receives the "Mandate of Heaven" for unquestionable earthly power. A ruler who has brought his decrees into correspondence with the Nature of Earth and the Law of Heaven acquires for his power appropriateness and timeliness. He takes upon himself the function of continuing processes of planetary and cosmic scale in the society subject to him. The continuation of that which has a cosmic foundation is the direct care, guardianship, and protection of all that is being born, and a worthy burial of all that is dying away. Therefore, the chief content of the ruler's beneficent life force (virtue) is his sincere care for all that is living and reverence for all that has died away and is departing.

1. Beneficence, Peacemaking, and Ordering

The ruler's wisdom in the application of the beneficent life force is to impart to the course of things a spontaneous character. For this it is enough to set a landmark and to set a vector. The landmark for people's behavior is the ideal. The ideal attracts. However, such a peaceful, beneficent direction and guardianship of the course of things, nourished by love for all that is living, is possible only in relation to those subjects who conform to the current state of the world order and in their behavior do not oppose natural processes. The maintenance of order through love and guardianship has a beneficent effect also on doubting troublemakers: it compels them to "lay down their arms" of disagreement, and pacifies their resistance to change. An auxiliary means of influence upon those who go against the current order of things is the threat of the use of force and, in the end, punishment (retribution). At the same time, the beneficence of love has a generative heavenly foundation, whereas punishment is an earthly ordering of people's behavior. Namely, the correction of the errors of their willfulness, accumulated in the course of the growth of natural processes, which have the character of the irresistible force of the Law of Heaven and the Nature of Earth. Ordering is the building of a hierarchy through the placement of officials in their places and the introduction of governance into proper frameworks. And also the transformation of the mores of the people through the intensive enlightenment of all, the encouragement of the worthy, and the punishment of the negligent.

Thus, the ruler's beneficent transforming life force brings the country to harmony – a coordinated commensurateness of the unequal parts in the elite (at the top), the middle class (at the center), and the broad masses (at the bottom). The result of harmony, its finished expression, is the peaceful state of society. The peace and joy of peoples in accordance with the Law of Heaven (the timeliness of politics to cosmic cycles) and the Nature of Earth (the appropriateness of politics to the conditions of habitation) is the goal of beneficent governance. That is, the harmony of the world as the goal of the world order either has its source in, or, conversely, cannot be achieved, mainly depending on the power of the Spirit and the degree of virtue (the transforming life force) of the ruler. If, however, in the governance of people a goal other than the harmony of the world is pursued, then the state of the Spirit and the active virtue of the head of state are secondary. Rulers come and go. The ideal is not connected with Heaven. And people's behavior is regulated by the manipulation of sins. At the same time, people cannot change the heavenly component of the world order (the flow or ebb). And in the earthly component, the lack of personal life force of a ruler who is completing the political line of a departing ideal can be substantially compensated by the beneficent transforming energy of officials of the inner circle, who are capable of serving the people both in faith and in truth and with a clear conscience.

     6. Universality and the order of spreading virtue. The ruler's position is called high precisely because with his transformative life force (if it is sufficient) he is able to cover all those under his authority. The act of "covering" with virtue from above downward likens the sovereign to Heaven: being above and encompassing all that is below. However, the ruler by his physical nature is merely a human being – a point in the Cosmos. Therefore the Spirit and life force received by him from Heaven and Earth, upon embodiment, underwent contraction into personal virtues. In order to regain a universal character, they must undergo unfolding and from personal qualities once again become the imperative of the Law of Heaven. The unfolding is accomplished by spreading the influence of the ruler's Spirit and virtue in all directions like concentric circles diverging from the center, as from a life-giving principle. In the world of things, the Trinity is life-giving. Therefore the King of Truth, in likeness to the Law of Heaven, must be a triune "Leader – Father," combining in himself the wisdom of a good priest, the justice of a stern judge, and the all-crushing decisiveness of a warrior. In essence, the entire process of the descent of the Spirit of Truth into the sphere of social relations on earth comes down to two meanings: embodiment and dissemination. These are the two phases of the transfiguration (transformation) of the Law of Heaven: the contraction (twisting into a braid) of the energy of the Cosmos into the personal qualities (potential) of the ruler, and its unfolding from personal qualities into the imperative of indisputable power on the basis of correspondence to the will of Heaven (it covers all) and the greatness of Earth (it bears all upon itself).

In Sky Politics it is precisely this transformation of energies that performs the role of converting the regularities of the universe (the wondrous world order) into a living process of political governance.

1. The Calling of Rus’ on the Path of Global Transformation

As for Russia and its civilizational role at the transition of humanity into the "kingdom of the age to come," in fulfillment of the prophecies it must, by the deadline of 2032, do three fundamental things.

First, to renounce active participation in the geopolitics of globalism, whether in the biblical-Mediterranean or Middle-Earth variant, for globalism is a doctrine of space, and on a historical scale it is not the one who controls space who wins, but the one who seizes time.

Second, to accept that Holy Rus’ of the 15th – 17th centuries was already the heir of the West as the "Third Rome." That time has long passed. According to the prophecies, "there shall be no Fourth Rome." And therefore the New Russia, as the "White Kingdom of Truth," must bid farewell to Byzantinism, correct names, strengthen rituals, change state symbols, declare itself not a Euro-Atlantic "country of sunset" but an Asian-Pacific "country of sunrise," and carry to the peoples of the world the foretold "Light from the East."

Third, to overlay the concentric doctrine of the "harmony of pacification" of peoples along the horizontal with the triune doctrine of the "harmony of correspondence" of earth and man to heaven (the Universal Law of the Universe) along the vertical, and thus to fulfill the mission of curbing the unbridled force of the "dragon" (the peaceful overcoming of China) by truth.

Sky Politics envisages the transformation of Russia into a beneficiary of the geopolitical confrontation between the USA and China. This is the policy of translating the doctrine of globalism (control of space) along the horizontal into the practice of universalism (correspondence to the wave of time) along the vertical. This is the policy of seizing the historical initiative by a maneuver upward (the Russians are a God-bearing people) with reliance on the bitter truth, the just punishment of apostates, and the Spirit of Truth "speaking through the prophets." Russia's lot is Universality in the Law of the Most High

Russia — a feminine soul — its role is to keep the hearth of civilization on earth, to protect humanity from transhumanism.

Concretely: Rus’ needs to seize upon the wave technologies of the 7th techno-economic order (the place is free, there are no competitors), gazing from heaven at the technological race of US transhumanism with the digitalization of the PRC on the field of their competition for leadership of the 6th economic order.

For this maneuver in the linkage of the three forces of Rus’, it is necessary to go on the passive, wind down the SMO, stop the nuclear scare tactics, and return to the rhetoric of a bright future.

To overtake without catching up, for Rus’ – this means to place the bet on the Spirit, there where the soul is easily sold for the satiety and comfort of the body.

At present the efforts of regular science and technology are concentrated on AI development.

This AI can be made in analytical English or in the mighty and form-free Russian language.

It can be without the Spirit of Truth, or it can be with the quantum resonance of the Will of Heaven.

As for the Greater Eurasia – Third Horde project, it is not a step back into the yurts, but a step forward into the networks of "digital nomads" – free in spirit, just as it was with the Spirit of the Great Steppe.

For Sky Politics, the life of the age to come is human-primary technologies of a quantum-resonance transition into a new reality.

The best criterion of truth is practice.
